Love these guys. Helpful, understanding, kind, friendly, and really good at what they do. I also got the total coverage. Good idea for keeping your tech cleaned and getting a checkup.

Mark in customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products I was looking for. He was able to look up my account and review the details of a purchase from 2019. It is good to see someone willing to help and promote the products. Great job, Mark!

Ordered my new phone online from Samsung and was able to pick it up at Best buy. Was in and out in less than five minutes. I was on my lunch break so this was awesome

In looking for a TV I was helped to find a better version than I had gone in for and in glad it all went down that way. Unfortunately Walden galleria didn't have it but I was able to pick it up at the Amherst store without a problem.

Service at Best Buy has certainly improved since years past. Walked in was helped right away. Checkout was quick and easy

Tbh I had left a 1 star, I thought I couldn't of had a worse experience, but after going to the galleria, I was proved wrong. Yall get 5 just because by comparison, they did me dirtier.

Very nice, big store. Bought a brand new 50” Amazon fire TV for only $300! After the warranty and everything was added up, the total cost was still under the original listing price. The employee helping me was really nice. I’m so excited to get it!

Was told that there is a 33% chance of getting a survey. I never received it so I will write my review on google. Amazing service by Vincent, was able to explain everything about PC gaming/building along with Microsoft programs. Ended up getting their geek squad program ($200/year) which has helped out a lot since May. Unfortunately I got declined for the best buy card. As a 23 year old getting lectured by a junior about credit cards and how to improve credit score was funny/embarrassing hahaha. Definitely will be looking for him on my future purchases again.
