Really helpful in the door/window dept. We're looking at redoing windows, so we're shopping around. We're on a budget and they were helpful at exploring some options.

WoW!! What a selection of refrigerators, you will find the one you are looking for. Great Customer service, the attendees never left us until we were completely finished with our purchases. My wife is so happy that we were able to find a fridge and matching range that we wanted. Best of all was the pricing and that savings we were able to get after shopping the competitors.

This store is BIG and had lots of marked down items. I stopped to buy some LEDs for our kitchen remodel and wound up buying a lot more!

Got the picnic table I had been eyeing for a while. The Lowe's personnel was very helpful.

They are always so much more helpful than the folks at the other big chain hardware store.

A crew of very friendly individuals brought out a forklift because the table that was in the best shape was at the very bottom. 😬

They helped us load it and even tied it down. So happy with our purchase.

Hi Lowe's community. I am sending this review with the hope that someone help me on this. I made a purchase today Sept 04 around 8:00 PM and since I was in a hurry thinking in 1000 things I LEFT A DEWALT BATTERY SCREWDRIVER ON A WOOD CARRIER CART

The personnel from Lowe's customer services checked the cameras and saw that someone picked it from the cart.... PLEASE, PLEASE if you are that persona, return the screw driver to Lowe's (I don't want to lose 130 dlls :( .

Perfect place for all your home improvement needs! The staff is extra attentive. They are also very knowledgeable. I liked the wide variety of stain and sealers for our new backyard fence. We've purchased doors, water hoses, lumber, paint, door accesories, and more items for our home.

The lady in the garden section was a big help. I was looking for a hibiscus tree for mother's day, and I know nothing about hibiscus or any other kind of plants lol
I also have to say she was very friendly very pretty and I think her name was Diana or Diane something like that sorry for forgetting the name. Great job 👍

I got treated professionally here, unlike the home depots here in McAllen. Definitely helpful staff.

We are getting our 2 showers redone, we got every thing there, so our contractor, could do the job. What they got done is very beautiful, will be glad when they get all of it done, including the new tile on the floor. We are very happy with our contractor, and to beable to get everything in one store.

I don't know much about construction. But I do know help is easier to find at Lowe's. And that makes a huge difference for a guy like me.
