There are so many boots that it is difficult to make a choice. I was there for quite a while before I made my choice. There was a staff member that help me. Customer service is good.

The general manager Bryan used to make fun and pick on this disabled kid back in San Antonio. Him and another manager harassed him to kiss another employee witch was a female harassed him until he did and then he writes him up and fired him. How did he get to be a general manager. I thought cavenders was a good company most companies don't promote there employees for picking on disabled people

Want to start off with the experience I had going this time around. His name is Jose Flores, this person has a lot of professionalism and product knowledge in your Boots needs. He has great customer service and will advise you on other Brands too. I highly recommend him for your western needs.

They were a little slow today but they had several employees marking down clothes. I love yhat they have a little bit of everything for everyone including infants.

Had a great experience here I was looking a new pair of boots and was unsure of what to buy. Had help by very friendly staff. Miranda was extremely helpful and really patient with me while I was trying out the different boots they had for sale. Big selection. Highly recommend for any western style clothing and accessories.

It was good. Could have been a little better. They didn't have the size I actually needed. So I had to keep the ones I received for Christmas. 14D but needed 14EE.
But then having a BIG FOOT doesn't help either.
I purchased a few things for my wife. So that's good. When wife is happy everyone is happy.

I love their boots!! They have boots for the entire family at great prices and the quality of them is amazing! I have 3 son's and all 3 got the same beautiful boots I love making them match especially for their upcoming photoshoot! I do not shop for boots anywhere else! 🥰❤

We had an amazing experience at Cavender’s Boot City today. They have 16 rows that are 25 feet long of men’s boots. The customer service was excellent. Jose helped us and my husband had a slight issue with the fit that he fixed. The value of not only the boots but other merchandise was very impressive. We ended up buying a hat, belts and a shirt as well. Wonderful variety and will come back again!

Love this place, visiting from outta state! Great deals and awesome service at checkout. Then the lady asked me, "Who helped you?" Nobody, but no biggie I knew what I was going in for. My bag went off at the exit and a police officer checked it. Awkward, but one of the shirts still had an alarm which was a good call right before driving back to Florida.
