In my opinion, Harbor Freight Tools is one of the best places to find and buy practically any kind of tool or tool accessorie/s. Their tools are good quality, functional and very affordable. I definitely recommend this store to anyone and everyone that is in need of any kind of tool that will get whatever job you're working on done very well and quickly, and without having to spend an insane amount of money on said tools. The store is very easy to find, which I feel is extremely convenient and important when you need a certain tool asap! The employees are very friendly and helpful. So if you haven't already been there, I strongly recommend you give them a visit!!

Great service. I found what I needed an extension cord to get ready for this cold front we are expecting. Last time I did not have a long extension I had to move the refrigerator close to the generator. Surely I want to be prepared for an unexpected weather change. You can find tools to fix your home or vehicle.

I am beyond grateful. I am handicapped and getting down is very hard . I needed something and this young man who works here very kindly did me a great favor and brought it to the car. Person with me would never of been able to do it for lack of knowledge and language barrier . There is still wonderful people in this world and I came across one here. Thank you and God bless you. Customer service got way better than before, more efficient, great work to the management. We stop coming a year ago. New staff, knowledge about products, they give suggestions which always helps. Thanks guys!

Used to be only one shop in downtown McAllen….but now with so many shops opening up in Weslaco, Mission, Edinburg…..adequate staff, shops packed to ceiling with new tools arriving weekly….plus coupons!!! Ya can’t beat HF for any kind of tool ya might need. Forget high priced tools!

Wow what a change. I've always loved the products, but avoided the store especially in the winter even all the winter Texans were here. Since the layout was changed, j find myself bgoing back twice as often. The rows are much easier to navigate and finding items is much easier. Whom ever did the layout, fantastic job keep up the great work😅

All employees are helpful, You can feel the tension between the employees and the frustration they have. I don't know what they get paid, idk if it's worth it?🤷
Guess cause they deal with a Mass of ppl, they need a break like the state of Texas says give us a break. They must open up more lines and cashiers! Simply stating my opinion...

Great prices and with coupons even better.

I accidentally discovered this place. Prices are low, better than Amazon. Good quality products, although smaller and different variety of products than larger chains. It was crowded, waited half an hour in line, but I was glad to see that every body kept the distance and wore mask, not like in many other stores.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Answered questions. Quick service on check out even though they were very busy with Black Friday shoppers. They even helped me load my purchase. Prices are very good on tools and accessories. I'll be back.

This place always has great coupons going. I really like it because you can buy just about any tool for a cheap price and the quality is great. I have purchased sevral items here one is a drill that I paid a a very cheap insurance im talking about less that $5 dollas, i was able to use this insurance 3 years later and they just told me take in drill and they give me a new one. No shipping labels no worring fast and simple. Love this place supper reliable. Plus they so have a membership that will give you additional discounts. The cool part is they always have buy something and get a free item. Good freebies. Check it out if on the look out for tools. Very wide variety they even have gloves and cleening rags.

Great prices on everyday tools. I've personally put a lot of these tools to the test and they've performed just as well as my name brand higher priced tools. Not convinced? Always a 30 day return policy. You will not be disappointed.
