We stopped by the Boot Jack on 10th street, we were attended by Marissa García, and she was beyond amazing! She helped my boyfriend and myself find the perfect hat, boots, perfect fit jeans and belt. Not once did she show any signs of being annoyed by any requests made to her. I admit, I am a bit demanding but she was so willing to help my boyfriend find the correct fit for his hat, jeans, and belt. I can’t say it enough how much she went out of her way to let us know she was there to help. She definitely deserves management to know what an amazing asset she is to the company. Definitely deserves a good raise.

I ordered a pair of Lucchese Mingus Shark Boots from them. The grain pattern wasn't to my liking so they offered to exchange them. They sent me pictures of another pair they had in my size. They were almost exactly like the stock photos of these boots on the website. They sent me a return shipping label and a week later I had my new boots. Thank you for the great customer service. That is hard to find these days. Love the boots.

Helpful staff, nice store. Not quite the big selection of Cavanders (this is a smaller store), but found what I wanted.

The tall girl with a black felt hat was really friendly/nice and helpful. Cashiers were alright. The clothes is okay, but I like the variety of women's boots, Ariat jackets, and jeans.

My husband is a horribly spoiled shopper. He knows exactly what he wants and he wants it now. Knowing this I did some recon at The Boot Jack on N 10th. I cannot say enough about the outstanding service that Cecy provided. After telling her all of my husband's "needs" she not only provided choices of boots that might meet his requirements, but had a pair brought over from another store. So, instead of being dragged from store to store in search of the perfect boot- it was one stop shopping. Later that day I brought him in and she answered all of his questions, assisted in such a friendly and professional manner. I cannot tell you the relief I felt walking out with his perfect boots and a smile on his face. Thank you very much!
