Fair prices, great selection, and outstanding customer service! I've been in a few times since they opened and the store has been clean, well lit, and stocked with a mix of classic favorites and exciting new beverages to try. The staff has been helpful and willing to offer up suggestions, without being pushy when we decide something isn't quite what we're looking for. Kenny has been incredibly resourceful when we're looking for items that are out of stock or harder to locate. Love that their loyalty program makes getting top shelf items accessible for more customers. I recommend stopping in the next time you're looking to pick up a favorite bottle or on the hunt to try something new.

This place is fairly new.. stopped in on a whim.. extremely glad I did. The Kenny and meet both are knowledgeable and helpful... the not only had exactly what I needed when it came to burbons but also made another good suggestion for a gift for a family member... if you are looking for great service and the hard to get stuff, these guys have it.. I would say I'll be going back but I think this will be my new stop from here on out! Thanks again guys!

While I didn't purchase anything at this location, the man at the counter helped me find the product I was looking for at a different location. He called multiple locations to ensure they had what I wanted in stock. I appreciate the great customer service.

Brand new store, very nice inside. I've been very impressed with how helpful Kenny and team has been! Kenny has gone out of his way to help me find some bottles that I've been looking for. If they don't have it on the shelves at his store, he's been very helpful in sourcing the bottles at the other Royals locations, or directly with their distributors. Just this last week I was searching for a particular bottle of Scotch that I haven't seen at all in the area. Kenny took down the information and within a week had that Scotch on the shelf ready to buy! Now, of course some stuff they just can't get like anybody else, but if they can get their hands on it, they will get it as soon as they can. Kenny has been fantastic about it. And honestly, I've had this level of service at the other Royal's locations as well, especially 5th Street St Charles and the Zumbehl locations.

Another plus is how they do their rewards program. Better than anybody else, IMO. Thanks to that program, I've been able to get my hands on bottles I could never get at any other locations.

Since they have opened, I have been able to get bottles that I simply never even see at other locations. Ardbeg special releases, Octomore to name some, and then through their rewards program, I've gotten my hands on Old Forester Single Barrel (I've been trying for years to get this locally!) and even an Old Fitz! What!? That's just, for my personal experience, just unheard of at other locations unless you get lucky enough in their lotteries or place high enough on their drawings. But here the reward system is just so much better.

What can I say, the stores are clean, well stocked, and the staff is very friendly and helpful, and a killer rewards program. What more can you ask for?

Great selection of bourbon and wine, craft beer, tequila and all types of great items. Lots of locations, convenient super friendly and knowledgeable staff.
