McDonald's

I go through the 199 Spencer Rd location frequently, as it is less than a mile from my jobsite. On most occasions I get from getting in line to leaving with my food in less than 5 minutes. Most other McDonald's locations I've been to make you pull around every time, I've had that happen to me twice here and both times I waited in the pickup spot for under 2 minutes. Food is always piping hot and fresh and they've never made a mistake, even down to the little details. I appreciate the staff at this location, in my experience they are the fastest, most efficient crew I've seen.

I have always loved McDonald's. 9 out of 10 they're great. There's a few here where younger people are given high positions and attitude is what you get. I actually had a young lady over the intercom argue with me through the drive through. All I asked for was fresh cookies. I said I'd pull around and wait, but she said it had a time and date, so they were fresh. Refused to make new, and that was the end...this was off of Page Ave. Not this location.

pretty good place, pretty fast, can be slow occasionally but only when expected like later when they have fewer workers. even still good store, and friendly employees

I don't eat fast food very often, but when I do it's usually met with mediocre service, subpar food, and inflated prices. With this particular McDonald's the prices are fine, the service is usually great, and the food is usually exactly what I expect. That's starting to feel a lot more rare these days. So 5 stars for being on point.

The fish sandwhich was tasty with a fresh hot bun. The fries were amazing too, crispy, but not too salty!

Will be back

Food and service much better than most locations. Employees are friendly and keep drive thru line moving. Food is always fresh. Fries were steaming hot. Keep up the good work!

Food was fast, good, and hot. Tables have games built in. Employee John was very friendly and helped my daughter put away her trash along with fixing a table game that was froze.

Stopped in for inside dining. I gotta tell you, this was one of the cleanest and efficiently ran McDonald's I have been in for some time! Ordered a double fish wit extra tartar sauce on top and bottom meal. Everything was Fresh and Hot and tasted Great! Cudos to the crew and managers!! Well done!!!

Always been a great experience @ this location Spencer & Mexico intersection.
Only a couple times was my order fubar and usually it was because I didn't read screen checked if it was correct or I simply forgot and thought I ordered it.
Regardless if I am wrong , they still make my experience 💯 by providing me with what was missing on a return visit or that day if I have time to go back up.
Andrew was my favorite but has moved on to bigger and higher pay grade, took a run for the border Mid Rivers @ 70 nowadays so if I feel like Yo kero Taco Bell & have a few bucks to tip the fastest, sweetest dude I run for the boarder, chant my order,pull up on window, tip 3$ in quarters :)

Excellent friendly service! Food was prepared very well as usual. Will be returning often.

Last night I had 3 drunk adults who I DD'd for, they were crying and laughing intermittently. Bringing up ex partners, recent and long past, it was an emotional rollercoaster. Flashforward to 6:30 AM, after ordering 10 hash browns, 5 different MC'anythings and 3 iced coffees. My peril has ended, my shackles to responsibility have been broken, all thanks to the McD.

The locals that frequent regularly were very nice. We chatted with several Veterans this day.

When I was a young lad, I would look out my car window. And in this particular restaurant I saw hope. Hope for my future and for my career. I used to dream of going to McDonald’s because of their crispy fries and juicy burgers. This particular McDonald’s has certainly changed my life for the better. From the happy smiles and comfort of the staff to the exquisite pristine amazing food I couldn’t have asked for a better childhood than McDonald’s.

This McDonald's has a fantastic crew. The manager was very upbeat and had a very good PMA. The food came out just as I ordered it
Wish they would get Diet Coke caffeine free.

The staff was nice, but when I got home and opened my egg McMuffin, one side was burnt to charcoal. It took a steak knife to cut that part out; that's how hard it was. The fact that someone thought that was acceptable to serve blows my mind.

Updated: Allison just called me this morning to apologize about the situation. She let me know that they ran maintenance on the machine, spoke to the staff, and put my name down for a replacement. Honestly, this was handled so quickly that I'm surprised and very impressed.

Update: Service was great. Greeted when we walked in. Everyone friendly. Even staff on break 1000 times better than last time.. Keep it up.

Love the blue raspberry frozen drink its great especially on a hot day or even when it's cold it's still great
