I always purchase our auto batteries here when I need a new one. My battery had a 3 year warranty, and with the crazy frigid weather we recently had, my battery went dead and did not want to crank. I charged it at home and called the autozone store nearby, where I purchased the battery. I explained that the battery was not working, they looked me up and said to come in, and they would replace it with a new one. I drove over once I felt I had a good charge, and they quickly replaced the battery. It was an all-around good experience, especially considering how cold it was that day. Everything had been good since. I would definitely recommend your next battery purchase from autozone.

Sam was very efficient, helpful, and kind in helping me get a code read on my car and suggesting the proper solution. Wish I could have tipped her!

Due to my wonderful experience with Joey yesterday, I returned to the same Autozone because I needed refrigerant for my car. To my surprise, I received excellent service from not only Joey, but the manager and the driver! They assisted Joey and they worked together as a perfect team. This is the only auto parts store that I will be going to from now on because extraordinary customer service is very difficult to find these days! Thanks guys!

I went in today to have my check engine light code read and the diagnostics stated it was a misfire on plug 6. Ean looked it up online and showed me where it was and said it was my lucky day since it was easy to get to. He went outside and showed me where it was and suggested to switch the 5 coil with the 6 to isolate the issue in case it wasn't just a $10 plug. After I paid for the plug, he got some tools and said he was just going to do it for me. I'm glad he did since I don't have the tools needed or the confidence to do even a basic repair. He offered to help me replace the coil as well if that turns out to be the issue. It was my lucky day! I greatly appreciate his advice and service. I highly recommend this location. Ean was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Excellent experience! Went in because my check engine light was on and wanted to see why. They ran the diagnostics on it and thankfully it was a cheap and easy fix and they actually fixed the issue right there. Highly recommend this location. The two employees there were very helpful and knowledgable.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff looking out for the customer's interests at every turn. Came in when my battery light came on and the store manager, Michael, assisted me. He advised that because of the way the vehicle was responding and the charge on the battery that it was likely the alternator. Despite this putting it outside of his purview/responsibility, looking out for my best interests, he still swapped out my battery that had a few months left on the warranty - at no charge- knowing it wasn't likely to solve the problem. Once swapped, he checked everything over and confirmed the light remained on. He then recommended some reputable garages in the area that would provide a fair price on honest work and let me know what kind of cost I'd be looking at. He even called and checked availability and got a quote on the first vendor for me before sending me on my way. Highly recommended and will definitely be back.

Tyler went the extra mile to figure out why my moonroof wouldn’t close. There was rain in the forecast and I couldn’t get to a mechanic until the next day. He took his time checking the fuses and my battery until he figured out the problem. I appreciate the time Tyler took to help me out! He is professional, patient and extremely knowledgeable. The staff at this location are the best!

They were the best and honest too. Checked / charged my riding lawn mower battery - it took a charge, is in good working order and they said so, rather than trying to get me to buy / sell me another when it wasn't at all necessary.

I have to thank the manager and staff of the Auto Zone on Mexico Road, St Peters. It is easy to give bad reviews when you are mad, but these employees were so polite and could not have been more helpful. They went over and above to fix my battery issue. I will give them all my business in the future.

Employees were very helpful. Gave me straight up advice and didn't attempt to upsell me with extra stuff I didn't need or buying name brand when not needed. Highly recommend 👍

Unfortunately with as many problems as I’ve had with my vehicle lately I practically live here.

On a good note though… Tyler and every single employee that works here has been nothing but Helpful. Always willing to go the extra mile to make phone calls to other stores for parts, help me find things in store, and are very knowledgeable.

Exceptional customer service experience every time I've been to this location. Been coming to this store for 15 years. I actually bypass other locations to come to the St. Peters location.

Went in to Autozone with a list of things my fiance asked me to get, I wasn't too sure what was what but Joe M was fantastic in assisting me in finding everything! He really took the extra time to make sure I was getting the correct tools which both my fiance and I appreciated. Would 100% recommend this location to anybody, great and friendly service!
