Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

My first visit today! And it was DELICIOUS, truly. The chicken pieces were a good size, the price was right, the drive-thru was busy, but moved quickly. This might be my new favorite chicken place… On second thought it IS my new favorite chicken place.

My name is Lee so naturally my wife said we should stop and try their chicken. I am glad we did. I did not realize that Lee Cummings was Colonel Sanders nephew and worked on starting KFC. The chicken was delicious. We tried both the Famous Recipe and Spicy. It was better than Popeyes chicken. The Mashed Potatoes and Gravy and Macaroni and Cheese were hot and fresh and tasty. I wish we had a Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken in our town.

First time here. Wasn’t too hungry so I got the 2p strip kids meal with okra. The service was fast and food good. Chicken was tender, biscuit soft and flaky, okra fried right. I really don’t have anything bad to say. The chipotle ranch was good too.

The Lee’s location is awesome. Both food and customer service. Loretta is always makes sure the experience is great. It’s our go to chicken spot.

Manager on duty hooked us up! We came in having to cater a family meal after a sad visit to the hospital for the day. Kudos to the crew and the manager!

The spicy crispy chicken is outstanding. I also really like most of their sides. I especially like the coleslaw and green beans. Service is friendly and fast.

Friendly service. Lunch specials are awesome for $6 Mon-Saturday.

Fire. I can tell the staff is good too. Almost too good like theres some addictive compound in the batter. Quick. Not poor customer service like Jack and Popeyes. Great people here. Spicy drummies on point

I ordered the Chicken Liver Lunch with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, and the Broccoli Pasta Salad. My lunch was excellent! I had been craving Chicken Livers for a long time. When you can't have homemade, Lee's Chicken Livers are the next best thing.

Lee’s Chicken is a sleeper. The manager here has a bright future. ALWAYS upbeat, friendly, and professional. The food is A1. The service is A1. Get off the couch and head to Lee’s. Stat

The chicken strips are really good. The sides are always and hot. They have a lunch special that is reasonable. My grandsons like eating there as well.

Went thru drive thru on Wed. 9/20 st.peters. the service was very good & the meal was great!! Wish we had chicken around Warrenton!! Thank you

My mashed potatoes and my gizzards needed more gravy I should have asked for it but didn't think about it till it was too late but delicious food nice people I will return

Shannon was fantastic- and the young woman working with her was great. We were ordering for 75 people for a funeral dinner. Super helpful, so nice, a “can do” attitude. Great to work with! Phone and in person - both great experiences. We asked for extra just 30 minutes before we picked everything up and they handled that with as much ease as the original order. We will work with them again!

We hadn't been to Lee's in several years & I was really wanting some good chicken livers. It's not real close to our house but we made the drive & it was totally worth it!! The chicken livers were fantastic & so was the chicken sandwich & the sides were awesome as well. My hubby had the fried chicken & he said it was great as well. The broccoli pasta salad is so good. The corn on the cob wasn't great but everything else was!! The prices were pretty comparable to KFC. We will definitely be making the drive more often in the future.

I like Lee's Spicy Crispy fried chicken better than any other place serving fried chicken around; they also have the best side dishes; the best iced tea, and always have friendly and fast service especially at this location. I eat here at least once a week and never leave disappointed. The $5.99 lunch specials with a $1 regular drink are a great deal with several choices available that are a perfectly adequate portion such as a 2 piece fried chicken meal with two sides and a biscuit. A good place for a cheap lunch and I like that unlike the one in St Charles, they have their tea out where you can fill your own drinks and not have to ask for refills.

Fast friendly service and good food at fair prices

The inside is clean and spotless, the staff is friendly, and the chicken is FANTABULOUS! I also got that Cold & Refreshingly SMOOTH sweet tea,. Everything is such a taste bud pleaser... Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken, did, NOT, disappoint.

OMG I was a Popeyes customer (Devoted).. my Fiancé introduced me to Lee’s Chicken and HOLY SMOKES we had the original recipe dark meat. I have been converted and officially a Lee's customer for life. So freaking delicious! I ate 5 pieces! WHO DOES THAT?!

Food and service were great. The atmosphere is very neat and clean. They just need to update decor a little.
