Geoffrey was absolutely amazing! We placed an order for some cards which had same day pick up... he called and let us know they were backed up that day but stayed overtime to get them finished and had them available the next morning. Not only did the cards come out amazing, he even gave me the cards at no charge because it was late. I really appreciate that! Thank you so much again! Will definitely be ordering from this location again!

Manner Joe turned an unpleasant experience into a phenomenal one. I was in mass search for commercial grade coffee filters and had been to numerous stores before coming into Staples. The shelf was empty but had the label. I asked one clerk to look in the back and permitted to check and she didn’t. Joe, saw me walking out empty handed and asked what I needed and where I worked that needed them. He looked in the back and had the clerk call my place of work to let me know they did indeed have them! Thank you Joe, you saved the cafe operations on a Sunday at a very busy local attraction! He’s a KEEPER!

I just wanted to say what an awesome experience I had yesterday afternoon at Staples on Eastchester Drive. I went in with a personalized calendar that I had received earlier in the day as my birthday gift. (The gift wasn't made here) I was greeted by Madison. I asked her if she could possible help save my birthday present with new binding coil. She gave it a once over and with no hesitation said yes I can. She was so nice. She was confident in her ability to help me. I felt that she genuinely wanted to help me that my dilemma mattered. She had such a great customer service based personality. I am a manager myself so I appreciate that kind of service. Stapes is very lucky to have her. It only took her a few minutes to get me all taken care of. The new binding is awesome. Works perfectly. I will be going back to Staples for any of my binding needs or any other needs. Thank you again Madison I will never forget your kindness. Every time I look at my calendar I will remember you. Hope you have a great birthday next week. Thank you Staples for having such great employees!

I went to this Staples this morning only make some copies with my daughter and the guy behind the counter ( wish I had gotten his name, older with blond hair ) gave me the most wonderful customer service experience I've had in a while. As if I was a customer spending hundreds ( well that's how I felt. ) I would just like to thank to him for taking his time with me with no rush. People just don't know how sometimes kindness and a smile can make someone's day. Thanks again!

Love this location! Staff seems like they're actually happy to be there and help, and you can find any office supply you need. I'm a computer geek and go there to get a lot of little things I need for builds or to helo my PCs run and look better. They usually have whatever I need if it's within reason. There pickup is very nice too.

Went to reproduce old pictures. The assistance went to above and beyond to do s great job. The store is clean and organized. Asaled help and customers wore masks. Horray for a great experience.

I was greeted immediately by a very pleasant young lady as I entered the store. She offered to help me and directed me to the item I was looking for. The cashier was also very pleasant.

I was very pleased with the customer service from Robert and Derick. I was greeted right away and the assistant manager helped me search for the item I was looking for. I will shop there again for great bargains and customer service.

I was running late to pick-up an order I'd placed online and called the store because they would have closed before I arrived... The manager I spoke with OTP met me at the door at 8:03pm and let me in to get the order... Talk about Great Customer service! I'm new to this area but a long time customer of Staples & this is just one of the many reasons why I will always be!

Love this Staples Store. It's the best and the sales staff are wonderful- they offer personalized service and are willing to "go the rctra mile" to ensure customers are satisfied. The Copy Center is especially great.

Such a nice manager and he is so very helpful he's always nice when I come in he always knows where everything is at just wish there was more managers and leaders like that and every stores that I go into

My computer kicked the bucket a couple years ago. One of the guys in Customer Service talked me out of forking over $500 to recover data (not guaranteed) in favor of a much more effective means of recovering data & repairing the computer.

Great customer service overall. And Emily was very knowledgeable and helpful. I got exactly what I wanted, it was amazing.
