I went there 2 times and every time Mckaila was awesome. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. And most important she took her time to explain everything things.

Customer service Chrys was most helpful. If you have a Verizon concern or question, he will patiently walk you throught it in your language and you will understand the bottomline.

Having been a Verizon customer for a veryyyyy long time, I have been to many stores. After no customer service and an hour wait at the first store we went to we decided to go to this store where we were greeted by Chrys. Our intention was to see if we could upgrade my wife's phone at a reasonable price. Chrys walked her through every scenario of different phones. He was very patient, professional and knowledgeable. In todays world of "here is the product thanks for coming" customer service we were so appreciative of the outstanding service Chrys provided us. This store and Chrys will be our go to for all of our Verizon needs. Thanks Chrys!

Mikaela was excellent! Extremely patient. She had an awesome subtle way of up selling me one of everything!! Lol. Normally I could say No, No. NO LOL. She's also very knowledgeable & set up my new phone & My New Samsung Watch that idk how to use.
I hate shopping for new electronics, but she made the process easy & painless & was even able to find a Trade in rebate on my phone purchase.

Dee was great! Although he was working all alone on a Friday night, he was friendly, professional, good natured, funny, and made everyone feel they were getting all the the help they needed without being rushed. Somehow no one felt upset about having to wait. It was apparent Dee was doing all he could as the only employee there. We were so impressed with him! Great job Dee!!!

My needs were completely and professionally. I went to a corporate Verizon store and walked out due to unprofessional manners and acting like they didn't have time for me.

Deonte, Chyrs,and Cory are wonderful at their jobs but not only that they are friendly, courteous, and easy to speak with.
Their knowledge about phones are top notch! They explained plans and upgrades effortlessly.
They thoroughly went over the phones operations and were very patient with all my questions.
I have many family and friends that have Verizon and are pleased with the service as well.

My hubby makes operator errors on his Verizon phone and activates an accessibility option for vision-impaired that we cannot turn off. The crew here turned it off, told me how to turn it off going forward (it will happen again at some point) and recommended some settings to stop all the spam. I left the store satisfied 😌 .

Have been with Verizon for almost 16 years and have always been pleased with the service. Have NOT been very happy of late, and was VERY close to choosing another provider. But ... fortunately, Brittany was available to assist me. And she deserves VERY high praise for how she dealt with me (a potential EX-customer) and should serve as an example to all who seek to provide excellent customer service. First of all, she LISTENED. And nothing in her words or reactions implied that I was somehow wrong or unjustified asking my questions. She didn't immediately make an attempt to simply sell me a new device, and she went through a logical step-by-step diagnostic protocol. Her demeanor was pleasant, but serious -- as if my problems/issues actually mattered. I actually asked her if she was the Manager, because she was conducting herself in a manner consistent with how someone who actually cares whether a business succeeds deals with customers. It was a pleasure being served by her. Brittany deserves a "Thank You" for a job well done.

Had to replace our two very old S8 that we had for 6 or 7 year. They helped us with all our contacts and apps and stuff. Thank you. Glad they have chairs to wait in. I did not realize how much stuff I had on my phone. Thankfully

Brittney was absolutely 10 out of 5 stars customer service! Spent hours fixing our 6 lines of cell phones! She stayed after work for more than 2 hours to make sure we left with working phones that we transferred to Verizon from another large provider! Trust Brittney and Verizon on Val Vista and McKellips with your cell service needs! They will go the extra miles to help! 👏

The staff was very helpful in figuring out why the phone would not charge. Very quickly diagnosed the charging problem. Sold and updated charger to us and made sure to update the phones software. These gentlemen were very polite and knowledgeable an got us out of the store very quickly. I will be sure to visit this location anytime I have an issue with my phone.

Thank you to Chrys for his excellent service in setting up my new products. I opted to purchase the new Google Pixel 7 Pro and the LTE Google Pixel watch. He was incredibly thorough in explaining how they both work together to help make communicate more effectively.

I had just got a new phone and calls couldn't be placed so I went in to find out why (on vacation). The worker knew right away it could be sim card and replaced it. Works great now!

I just brought my 14 pro max and was afraid I would have the same problems setting up as I did with my 11. I’m so glad I came to this store! Brittney and Chrystopher took time and helped make sure everything worked. They were patient, and worked with me, explaining everything and a few multi times. When you’re 80, why do I want a phone that does everything! Because I Can! They are wonderful! You should have them training all your employees!! Thanks DarLa
