As soon as I entered, I was asked if I would like help. The rep stayed with me until he found everything I needed. Check out was easy and I received a $30 discount for my membership.

I am not one to leave a lot of reviews, and if I do they are usually after a negative experience somewhere, however this place gives great customer service. I have been in there multiple times getting different items to build out my home office. Every time I go in the customer service is top notch. Today specifically, Kevin at the front counter was so incredibly kind and helpful with the purchase. He was so happy and great at his job. Each employee there so far has been awesome!

I ordered a 4 drawer filing cabinet from Staples online. It was delivered the next day but was dented. We returned it to the local store, refunded our money. The store clerk reordered the cabinet and it was delivered the next day. The delivery driver took it out of the big box, checked it out, which was a huge help to us. Thank you!

Saw something amazing here. Associate Jennifer..Noticed elderly gentleman on phone requesting a pay copier. She immediately took action to let him know he was being scammed. This was an awesome display of service.. as he really didn't believe it. Great job all !
