The employees there were very friendly, nice, polite, respectful, and professional.
The service was very quick, proper, and right.
I will return there again soon in the future!😊👍👍

Everything was good. Only thing some time even you been there afternoon at 5pm and you didn’t see any sign of hours but you will see 7pm their already closed with paper posted for close temporary. So you never know when they change the operating hours.

I love how you modified one of your entrances as your pick up window. It's absolutely brilliant.
I haven't been to a Starbucks in a long while, and was a bit hesitant to go due to not wanting to wait inside.
I had ordered ahead and was happily surprised when I saw that I didn't have to go inside to pick up my order. I kinda wish the other locations closest to me would adopt this design.
It sounds like a small silly thing to be happy about but it made my day. I feel safer coming to this location.

My forever favorite coffee shop. Coffee and pastries are good all other snacks that they carry. They always got something new to offer that will satisfy your taste buds. Items they carry are great gifts ideas.

Starbucks is a star of my life . Drinks are delicious. Excellent customer service. Only one word to describe everything, good.

The red velvet loaf and pink drink are the two best things i can never stop enjoying.

Alright, this was worth a laugh for me. I walk in at 10pm with shades on. Cashier ask, "how's it going?"
I reply, "little rough today."
He replies, "oh, that's great."
Hahahahahaha! Thank you for that laugh. Lol.

ATTENTION: This Starbucks is open 24 Hours a day, BUT it “says” it’s only open till 12Am. A misprint. It’s SOOO nice to know there’s a 24 hour Starbucks in WestLake! They are a fantastic crew there... friendly and talented Baristas!!!

This is a good Starbucks location, staff is friendly and pleasant. They fill drink orders in the proper manner, first come first served, unlike some other Starbucks locations.

I love that shopping center. It's a big place. It's clean they have this area with beautiful flowers and water falls.

Went through the Drive Thru during the day on Halloween and we were greeted by Scooby-Doo!! My sister and I loved it!! Will visit this location again!!
