AT&T Store

The staff were amazing at helping get through handling a bill of my deceased grandparents from over a year ago! I had been through the ringer with 611, sending in their phone last year in August, they claimed they never received them so I paid the remaining balance of the bill and the remaining installments of the phones I sent back to them in the pre postaged box they sent me in the mail so everything was supposed to be zeros out in August and then ATT tried billing my DECEASED grandparents for SEPTEMBER when they died months before AND they were paid in full in AUGUST saying that my grandparents now owed almost 250.00?!

These staff kept very calm and helped me for almost 2 hours try to get through 611 and finally the bill was handled without me having to pay even more.

I specifically come from Millersburg to this store because the staff are so wonderful and helpful. I've been going here for the last 7+ years and have never had a bad experience. There was only one time where we couldn't make my preferred solution work and they went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of and had all of the steps to fix the problem and save me money. Plus, the atmosphere is always fun and I am pretty sure I recognize at least a few people most times I am in. I usually only come in once a year or so, so that is great! Best AT&T store for miles and miles around.

We had the most amazing experience today with At&T. They helped us get on a less expensive plan that will end up giving us more data, plus we got an amazing deal on an iPad and new iPhone! The employee that assisted us was really professional and so helpful. I actually really appreciate that they are being so safe and responsible by limiting customers in the store and wearing masks. It shows they care about the health of their workers as well as the customers.

Every time I've been in this store over the last few years, I've found the service to be excellent. This store's high quality service is the main reason I've stayed with AT&T in fact. I have repeatedly found the employees here to be patient, friendly, competent, and truly focused on answering my questions rather than just trying to sell me something. And, I really appreciate that they've taken good care of my wife and mom when they've come in, too.

Art helped to switch our family plan to a new plan that would save us money and upgrade our iPhones. He was knowledgeable and professional, friendly and comfortable. He made a process that can be frustrating and confusing very easy and quick. I left the store with an understanding of the ins and outs of my plan, and with new iPhones (which was my goal when I walked in to the store). My family and I have been satisfied with AT&T’s coverage and customer service. I highly recommend Art at the local Corvallis store on 9th Street.

I just wanted to thank Ben the manager at the ATT store on 9th st in Corvallis. He was so very helpful! My 93 year old father kept forgetting to charge his phone. I went in hoping there might be something to help him. Ben showed me the fast charger! It’s been so helpful for my father! I will recommend this store!

The best AT&T experience I’ve ever had! I am a young woman, and in the past (at other locations), the AT&T representatives have been condescending and short with me. I had the opposite experience today. Kevin gave me excellent information. Then, when I returned, Art spent about an hour and a half with me so that I could switch from a family plan to my own plan. Art was so helpful and gave practical advice that was specific to me and my situation. While we waited for things to load, we chatted about life and TV shows. Art is such a friendly person, and it was clear that his goal was not to upsell me but to get me settled with the plan that was best for me. I can’t thank them enough for this excellent experience!!

These guys here are the BEST!! This store is the only reason I’m still a customer with at&t. Kevin saved the day after I had the WORST customer service experience ever from the 9th street store manager (how!?!) Brandon. Brandon is terrible. He tells me that my passport and passport card, somehow, aren’t good enough to access my account and rather than trying to find a solution Brandon just kept saying “Do you want me to repeat myself?? Again? Because I’m repeating myself” When I asked him if there was someone we could call to figure it out, he just told me that he was the store manager and he wouldn’t help me. In fact, he rudely said “Have a good day sir” and literally turned his back to me, leaving me standing there. I drove 5 minutes over to this 9th street store and WOOOOWWWWW turns out your passport is acceptable! It’s just the highest, most strict identification you can have in America, good enough to travel around the world but not for rude Brandon. Save yourself trouble and go deal with true professionals on 9th street. They just do their job very well and have great customer service and I’m sure they look even better when you have to get out through the ridiculousness of the other store. 5 stars for 9th street at&t. I’ll never go in the other one again.

I've been in this store a number of times over a period of about a year, dealing with different people, and have always been pleasantly surprised at how helpful and patient the employees are, at times even going beyond what I would consider a reasonable level of customer assistance. I always leave feeling well taken care of. This is rare thing and I appreciate it so much. It must be managed well there for this to be the case.

Josh worked hard to get my issue resolved and I gotta say he did a fantastic job I really reccomend him to anyone

Isaiah was a really big help and stayed on hold with customer service for me for a long time. He explained everything clearly and gave me a thorough rundown of the best options for a new phone

My girlfriend and I came back to this store location because of how helpful Austin was.
We were sent to another location to pick up a LG V60 5G because it was the only one available around us. We had intentions of setting up a new line, but decided not to because of how we were welcomed when we entered the store. So we got the LG V60 5G, got out of dodge and went to pick up a S20 5G back from Austin in Corvallis. Kevin was the associate that finalized our transaction and he was just as helpful as Austin. Both were happy to help with any questions that we had

I will continue to patron this ATT location because of the professional efficient employees who work here. Especially Art who I entrust to help me with all my ATT needs. He has always gone above and beyond to do the right thing. I could go to a store closer to home, but choose to come here because I can always trust Art.

Going to at&t was our big event for the day and after spending our precious time with Scott we learned just how fun an at&t can be, it’s better than Disneyland! If we could we could get a seasons pass we would! We also believe Scott deserves a rather large raise! (he didn’t pay us to say that.)

Everyone was super welcoming and helpful when coming into switch plans! Art was able to get me my new phone and the best plan for me that saved me time and money! Awesome staff and store!

Only reason it’s 5 stars is because I can’t put 6 😄. I came in there expecting to have to put a huge down payment on my device and to pay an arm and a leg for service. The guy that helped me worked with me and even found a way to wave the activation fee. These guys are badass. I would stay here even if it costed more, as a result of their customer service alone. Thanks guys!!!

Awesome help from the staff. They were well informed on products. Helped us get the best bang for our buck. Got new phones and a a better plan for less money. 10 out 10 recommend att and this location
