Mark did a great job of building my son’s envo 22 super. It turned out amazing and we are very happy with it. He was very knowledgeable and was helping us choose the right components. We ordered it virtually and it was built in one day. Definitely will use him again for other purchases. It was nice to find a local gaming PC business to work with instead of buying it prebuilt from a retailer.

I contacted Mark to build me a high end PC for my Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. I basically wanted all graphics on Ultra settings and be able to connect a large array of USB accessories I own. Mark recommended me his Casual 8 series with some slight modifications. They will take the time (and in my case a lot of time) to make sure the PC is tuned to the needs. Just did my first flight from KCRQ to KSNA and it was smooth as butter. Glad to have local business as such around. Pricing was reasonable. It’s basically parts plus labor.

I recently decided that I wanted to put together a PC for home use and a little gaming. I had put a PC together when I was a kid, but it had been a long time and I didn't feel 100% confident taking on the project by myself. Carlsbad Gaming PC's Computer Camp service was just what I was looking for! I was able to run the parts I wanted by Mark and even get some of the things that I had wanted directly from them at a good price. Technician Gray was a great teacher, and I could tell he has been working on and tinkering with electronics for a very long time. The PC we built was not just thrown together ASAP, the parts and build process were well thought out based on knowledge and experience. Wow what a great professional build. My computer was no longer meeting minimum requirements on the new games. After looking around a little bit I visited carlsbad gaming and talked to Gray. I decided this was the place. After talking to mark on the phone for quite a while, going over what my build should be, he started the build. I had a great experience. They were very transparent and kept me up-to-date on everything, even sending me pictures as they put the rig together! I highly recommend carlsbad gaming!

If you're looking for a new gaming PC, LOOK NO FURTHER!! I needed an upgrade from my 8 year old dinosaur of a computer, but I already knew a store bought PC would be WAY too expensive for the low quality parts that big box stores glue them together with.. I had no idea how to put anything together myself, so my best bet was looking for an expert. I did some researching for someone local to help me out and I found Mark & Gray. I gave Mark a text and he made talking about this stuff a breeze! He made it easy to compare parts and find what would work best with how I use it and within my budget. They were even able to put together a smaller budget gaming PC for my dad. Both of the computers they built for me came out AMAZING! When I arrived at their shop to pick them up, I met Gray. He showed me all of their other builds and they were unbelievable!! they take serious pride in their work, no doubt they will apply that same pride to your next build as they did with mine.

Called these guys on a whim one day trying to get advice for PC building. Not only were they extremely helpful, professional and polite, when my laptop broke they were ready to build me a new PC. I had it built and took it home, it had some minor technical issues and they walked me through every step on how to fix it. These guys are nothing short of the best. The knowledge, experience, integrity, and professionalism is unlike anywhere I have ever been.These guys are worth every cent and second you have.

Found this shop after having been burned buying a just adequate computer from a big box store a few years ago. What a great find it was. These guys are knowledgeable and were patient working through my technological ignorance. They were able to hook me up with a gaming machine that's perfect for the kids needs. And who doesn't love supporting a local shop? Highly recommend.

I recently decided to upgrade to a new gaming PC and found Carlsbad Gaming PC. It was shortly after Christmas, so I reached out to them to inquire about the lead time for a custom build. To my surprise, they had all the components in stock and could complete it the same day! I mentioned I was from Temecula and planned to travel down to pick it up. Coincidentally, the seller also lived in Temecula, so we arranged a convenient evening pickup.

Ever since, I've spent countless hours gaming on this new PC, and it's been phenomenal. My gaming skills have noticeably improved, which I credit to the new system. A friend recently said, "A good PC doesn't make you good, but a bad PC can hold you back." Although my previous PC, bought from iBuyPower just two years ago, wasn't ancient, it clearly wasn't up to par. It's true what they say: you get what you pay for.

I had problems setting up my new motherboard and the BIOS. I dropped my rig off and they got it done quickly. These guys kicked butt and I paid less than I expected. I highly recommend this crew of savvy gentlemen to get the job done. Two thumbs up.

I had these folks build me a gaming PC and not only was it working perfectly right out of the box, but it came in like $500 below the other places I called to do the exact same build. I would definitely go back to them for every PC need I have.

Brian did a masterful job of assembly and everything went very smoothly. I couldn’t recommend them more. So much better than dealing with the a computer store. And now that the computer is completed, they are still accessible and answering all of my questions. It’s pretty nice to have the owner’s cell phone number in your contact list. I brought my pc in after a week of headache. Marc and Gray were amazing! They showed me what options would be the best for my pc and gave me amazing recommendations! My PC looks super cool with a new case and lights. I couldn't be happier!! And I never would have figured out the issue on my own. The price was also unbeatable.

I had a cyberpower P.C gifted to me by a friend. It had been decently used but still worked very well. I decided I wanted a new case for better airflow and to get the whole system cleaned and they did an outstanding job.
