I’ve had issues with warranties and unhelpful employees at this location before. However, I was helped by Patrick today. Super knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely changed my opinion about this store. I don’t know if he’s a manager, but he should be.

Bought a ps5 and was helped on the phone and in person by Morgan who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and funny. A true professional in customer service.

I love the location of my GameStop don't go very often but when I do it's a good experience especially today May 20th
Around 4:19 when in paid for my purchases the cashier that was there she did a great job taking care of me and the rest of the people that were inside GameStop.
Not but two or three or four people in the store it was fast and easy to get to the registry didn't have to wait in line too long.
Also have social distancing and always wear a mask inside GameStop thanks to the staff at GameStop for helping me practice my purchases.

I visited this shop to learn something about gaming and how it could be used to teach drone flying.
I knew nothing about gaming when I got there and the staff were very helpful, spending a lot of time with me.
I left with a ps4 and the Drone Challenge Leagues drone trainer.

To be perfectly honest I don't shop here all that often because Amazon usually has games cheaper, but the guys/gals working here are always great! I mostly buy physical copies of games so I can trade them in for some credit and I come here to do that. I'll pre-order games here also because they sometimes get cool pre-order bonuses.

This is probably the best Gamestop I have been to. I travel a lot. I always check out the nearest Gamestop to me. Let me tell the staff are very friendly. They are knowledgeable about almost everything. I have gone a few times now and I am never disappointed with my purchase. The 2 guys that work there do a great job at keeping the store clean and Stocked. Honestly 100% customer satisfaction. This location is definitely there top Gamestop in my opinion.

Great staff, knowledgeable about the games and they play a good variety of them. They have a good stock of games for all consoles. The store isn't as large as some of the others but they do have good stock.

They didn't have what I ask 4.. But had something close 2 it, still happy about it. Great customer service.

Came in here asking about a preorder mishap with GameStops website and protocols. Kacee was very informative and beyond helpful with finally getting my sought out item. I will be returning due to Kacee & Tim!

My go-to game stop since the other closed down. Friendly and great people but it is a small store so things can get chaotic during sale dates.

I go to here every time I buy a game because it is close to my house and the employees are really nice. I have yet to have one bad experience coming here.

Micheal has serious knowledge and helped us so much today as he juggled phone calls and customers all at once and alone.. he deserves 5 stars!
