AT&T Store

Went in to replace husband's old phone. Came out with 2 new phones, 2 cases, and a charger plug. This was my second time to do business with Allen and he is super! Great customer service

Noah helped me set up a new line and I was able to purchase two new phones easily, and with a deal. I would recommend this place for any ATT customer!

As an employee here, I know what to do when it pertains to helping a customer, meeting his or her needs. Katrina treated me no differently than any other customer and she did an outstanding job taking care of my requests.

Got an upgrade today but wasn't working. Isaiah from the gun barrel store was so fast, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. He is a keeper. Give him a raise. Iiwwas in and out in no time. Give him a raise!!!

Absolutely amazing job today from Corey. He was so much fun to talk with and made the wait go by fast. He made getting a new iPhone 14 pro so easy and fast. Super nice and when I came back to turn my phone in for the trade in Katrina was super helpful and quick. It was an amazing experience and I’m super happy with my new phone!!! 5/5 10/10 would recommend

Zach was awesome. He was giving us special attention. When you are elderly these phones are like something out of space that we have to deal with. He was very kind and very helpful.

This is such a good store. It’s always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I want to give a special shout-out to Paul who helped us Monday. He set up our old phone to transfer data to our new phone (which took about 15 minutes), and he asked if we minded him helping someone else while it was transferring. Of course we said, “not at all”! In that short amount of time, he helped 3 people in line. I did not see any of the other associates doing that at all.
He’s friendly to everyone and a hard worker, too.

Although we did wait about 20 minutes but the store was busy and the rep came right to us to help after she was done with her last customer. She helped me get switched to AT&T from my previous carrier and she was very patient with this issues we had getting my number switched over. I was very pleased with our service!!

One of smoothest experiences I’ve had upgrading a phone in such a long time. Each of the retailers we so nice and helpful. Paul helped me and was so nice and patient. I didn’t feel rushed or overwhelmed with the process. He made sure everything worked properly, and that everything transferred. Overall it was a wonderful experience.
