Big Thanks to Lowe's for hosting the car show on the 21st of Oct 2023. We had a good time & enjoyed seeing all the cars, trucks and bikes.
AND...🤗 All 3 of our entries won trophies 🏆🏆🏆

Every time we come into our Barrel TX store, everyone is SUPER friendly!
Scott just seems to stand out! We got a pic of him posing in my grandkids helmet practicing SAFETY while loading all our stuff. It's very appropriate because he is a SUPER HERO in our eyes! He went above and beyond and we so appreciated that.
Brandy, the manager of the outdoor furniture was a gem! There was a price discrepancy and when Scott called for her assistance, she was Johnny on the spot to help & gave it to for the listed price. That’s customer service right there!!
And last but not least, Wesley, who checked us out, was so efficient & friendly! It was a great Saturday & an awesome experience!!

There is a cashier named Bethany, whom deserves some recognition. I have shopped about twenty years at this Lowe's. And what I have noticed about this cashier is the awareness to help customers. One time she saved me from making a long trip back just by checking out my products carefully and verbally confirming two confusing wood products. Each time I go into this Lowe's, I look forward to seeing her smile. It is extra nice to notice an extra happy and bright youthful person ready to help us customers immediately.

My Husband went to this Lowe's location today and was very pleased. The normal location we shop for our painting company is in Forney. He said the Associate named Angel went above and beyond. She was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He will now be driving the extra miles to go to this location from now on.

Young man named Michael came over to ask if I needed help. He was gracious and knowledgeable. I would've been there forever if it hadn't been for him. Michael should be employee of the year!

We love Lowe's. They always have what we need and at a great price. Nice, friendly staff.

Nice store with very helpful folks at the Pro Desk. Use the website to find the item you’re looking for before going to the store. That way you can identify where the item is and how many they have in stock. You can then place an order online and pick it up at the store, already pulled for you.

Thanks to Dylan in Appliances for his patience help with my filter number. This man went the extra mile to make my day easier.

We had washer & dryer, delivered, today. I would give the delivery employees a 10. They were, So Great. And Friendly. They were the Best.

On my bad days I just like to walk through Lowes I love the smell of the lumber and making my way down the light fixtures isle is illuminating

John Gaddis is very knowledgeable about everything at Lowes in Gun Barrel City Texas! He is my go to guy!

Layout of this store is way better an faster getting what I needed in a rush back to the jobsite unlike the Dallas store locations

Always very well stocked. Bought a kitchen stove, found exactly what I wanted. The salesman was extremely helpful & polite .

Its Lowes super happy its within driving distance. Got what I wanted at literally half the price if a hardware store.

OK so Christmas Eve 2023, i buy a cordless Dewalt Router online for in store pick up and says it'll be ready in 3 hours so 3 hours later I get in czr drive to GBC from Athens, only to get a message they've canceled the order due to out of stock. I look online and say they have 2. I go ahead in store to find my 1 of the 2 I ordered. The Sharon in tools says it shows 4 in stock she goes on a 30 minute chasedown unsuccessfully comes back says something about asking the boss because she's gotta a better line on customers. While gone to find boss a nice uoung Asian gentleman asks if I need help so we 2 are now on the chasedown. Sharon shows up with Samantha the store manager on 12.24.23 we all look another 30 plus minutes everyone is freaking out cus that's 4 $219 routers missing. Finally about 2 hours later we all give up the routers must be stolen. I leave sit in my truck trying to purchase online for asap delivery as this is my Christmas gift for my partner 3 times it says oops error in placing order. I give up open amazon app put in cart my phone rings caller id says lowes GBC. I answer they've found the routers, 2 of them so I joyously return to the customer service counter where Samantha is standing high fiving me and reminds me theres a sale going on buyb2 batteries get Router FREE.

Customer service just doesnt exist like that anymore I am sooo happy. Also they found my phone number from the canceled order I never even told them my name. MY HEART IS OVER GRATEFUL

Never had a problem with the Gun Barrel City tx store, always helpful and that means a lot to me.

Lowes Pro and people there are great! Order online and pick up is easy easy!

Hands down best Lowes I've ever been to! Customer service and help was the best and to top it off they got a food trailer right outside!!!kudos! Almost forgot to mention about the food trailer, but that chicken taco they got wow is super good!!

Lowe's in GUNBARREL CITY, TEXAS. Has always been extremely helpful and polite every time. If the employee you ask for help from work in an entirely different department. But they will still stop to access you. And one of the things I really like is that if by chance they don't know,they don't just leave you hanging. They get the one who does know.
