This Starbucks is ‘The Last Jedi’ of baristas that still make beautiful drinks. They haven’t gotten the burnout memo of bigger cities yet. Real talk! Keep it real y’all

Oh my gosh! Who doesn't love Starbucks! The atmosphere is amazing! Very clean and well kept. Not to mention the very best coffee and drinks in town!

The service was good... Lola got her pupaccino thru the drive thru...and I got my caramel Frappuccino! it was delicious!

Went through the drive thru so can't really give all that big a review. People were nice and food and drinks were good.

Atmosphere was homie and relaxing while the service was fast and accurate. The workers where super nice and understanding. I would go here again when given the chance

I went through the Starbucks drive thru and it was AMAZING!!! my pumpkin spice latte was nice and fresh. The staff was really friendly. Definitely will recommend to friends and family ☺

It was clean the staff is great since I am a newbie and don't understand the language yet, there very helpful and I try something new every time haven't found a favorite yet

Always a perfect stop to enjoy the atmosphere & skilled baristas & full staff. Most importantly, perfection in awesome beverages, meals & treats that never disappoint. Obviously the ideal place to people watch & visit with friends ... inclusive of the awesome staff that, too, are friends who assure very visit to Starbucks is enjoyable.

Ordered with my app, very nice and quick. Better yet though was the service. A young man that had an upbeat voice came over the speaker and a pleasant smile when I pulled around to the window. Kudos to Chris at stabucks!!

Grande latte low fat milk. My preference. Always very nice

My drinks always come out SO good and perfect! 🫶🏼 truly one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to and I am never let down!!

I realize some have had a bad experience at this location but let's face it. This isn't Dallas or another major metropolitan area. With that being said I've visited this location several times. Despite having much less staff then must other locations, they've always worked hard to get my orders out and still managed to maintain a great attitude. However tonight I went in with a very special complicated order that my daughter had found on Tic Toc. Now we Dad's always want to be the hero so I went for broke. The manager looked at the drink on my screen shot and said " yeah I can make that" and make it he did. Yes I got to be the Starbucks hero thanks to these folks! Thank you for going above and beyond! You could have just as easily said " I can't make that"! I would highly recommend this location. All I can tell others is remember where you are and cut these folks a little slack. They are working hard. Not many workers these days care about giving the effort to help a Dad be his daughters hero.

Yes, I’m that girl with the customized order who takes 5 minutes to order her food/drink! (Sorry not sorry!) This staff (shout out to Tammy and Paragraph for being a-ma-zing) has always been so patient and kind with me! I love my Starbucks and I use to be part of the team (in Seattle). I know what it’s like to be behind the scene here and I appreciate this crew and their great service!

So, I've mostly been visiting in the evenings, which I think is the best time to go. The staff is awesome, and seem like they enjoy what they're doing.

I ordered the wrong drink and the gentleman explained the difference between the two and was very friendly. Didn't complain or act annoyed that I was changing my order at the window after ordering at the intercom. Supreme customer service, wish I had gotten his name!

Contemporary and clean, inside and out. Staff here are well trained and so kind. Service is usually speedy. But the location can at times be very busy. I like to order ahead on the app. Menu items I've tried include pastries, coffees, teas, and fruit refreshers. As a vegetarian, I've only been able to sample the vegetarian boxed snack trays. They are both filling and lean and always fresh.

I have been to this location in 3 different days during a 2 week.. And the staff is so it's so friendly and pleasant and happy it's an absolute joy to go there. And my caramel machiato frappe is always terrific. I ask for something extra like cinnamon they are more than happy to put it on there and even offer extra stuff. I just can't speak highly enough about the people that work at Starbucks in Gunbarrel city Texas

I love to go in and work from one of Starbucks' tables for a few hours when I really need to get something done. The team is quick and have never gotten my order wrong :)

Edit: A lot of the original employees have moved on but I'm pleased to say the new management has continued to employ people that make the atmosphere positive and welcoming. He seems committed to improving the customer experience!

The store is still new and has great potential. Especially with employees like Luke, Chris, Nicki, Austin, & Dakota who go out of their way to know their customers and make them feel like their business is appreciated. Employees like that will make a business successful.
