Pizza Hut

We had a great meal and the service was incredible. We dined in and enjoyed the casual atmosphere very much.

I hadn't been to a Pizza Hut in a long time.. but, it didn't disappoint. It was an hour before close and 3 or 4 other customers walked in with my crew, which there was 6 of us. The cashier/hostess didn't complain about it being close for time to close.. she was super friendly and helped us decide which deal would be best for what we wanted. Got the food, and it was SO GOOD!! The lady brought it to the table along with an extra order of cheese sticks!! If I am near there again, I'll definitely be getting another dinner box!

Neither pizza was too good today. They seemed like they were cooked a little too long with burned spots on top of pizza. They skimped on hardly any red sauce. The toppings are very little. Very little cheese. I even said where’s the cheese on the Cheese Pizza. $30 was too much to pay for two terrible pizza. I did not know it could be terrible at Pizza Hut. I’ve always bragged you can’t go wrong. The brownies were very good. Our grandson would recommend those. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN PIZZA HUT!

Prices are high but they gave me a military discount. We greatly appreciated the discount. Took about 20 minutes to prepare. I waited. Cooked perfectly. Just the right amount of everything on the pizza. I always like to get extra red sauce on side. I forgot this time. We highly recommend this Pizza Hut. Lady who took order was very friendly. Appreciated the excellent customer service.

Ordered carry out. Inside of restaurant looked nice. Staff was prompt to help and courteous. Pizza was great.

Awesome Customer Service from Jamie! Ran into a few snags because I tried to order using the website, instead of the app, which led to the delivery of my order being delayed because of a technical glitch. However, when I called the restaurant, Jamie not only looked into my order, but ended up delivering it himself, personally, when he realized just how long we had been waiting for our food. That’s precisely the kind of experience I wish I got more of back home in NYC. Jamie’s willingness to go out of his way to get my family (which included 3 hungry kids) fed, really reflects upon what true Southern Hospitality is all about. 👍🏼👍🏼

1 girl looked like she was working by herself 😔 still had a great attitude while interacting with us even though we were there close to closing time👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 most get annoyed cause they just wanna go home so kudos to that young lady. Our pizza was great and fresh not sloppy and thrown in a box

When we got there the pizza was hot at fresh, as the buffet had just started. Although the salad bar was lacking, definitely needed to be replenished, and there's no honey mustard or French dressing anymore. Customer service was great! Our drinks were never empty.

The lady at the window was friendly and very helpful. My order was hot, ready on time, and correct!! I had been having a terrible day. My food being correct and the kindness of the team made my whole day. You all work hard and dont hear thank you enough.

I’m not sure who the gentlemen was that took my order or gave us our pizza through the window today. But bravo!! Best customer service I’ve had an a LONG time. I’ve been in the restaurant business for at least 15 years. Great job!

The Pizza Hut in Sevierville is always so good.
The staff is very, very nice.
Chris was very thoughtful to go out of his way to bring me another pizza when they left off a topping. I wasn’t trying to get another pizza and I told him it wasn’t a big deal but that I had just called to let them know because they can’t fix the problem if they don’t know about it.
He was so sweet and brought me another one!!
Every time we order from them, they’ve done an excellent job from service to delivery to consistent product.

Decided to give this a place another shot. This time it was very good. Are waiter was very good and checked on us several times. The 2 different pastas that we got was great. Ended up with bread sticks instead of garlic bread because they were out bit that was fine. Was treated a lot better than the night before

Our family ordered some pizza after a late night at Pigeon Forge. After about 45 minutes we called and checked on status and found out the man who took order accidently voided our ticket. The manager answered the phone was very sorry and made it right with us. In business, mistakes happen and its all about how correct them and make them right. I recommend this pizza hut to anyone looking for great pizza and great service!

I ordered online put wrong address called they changed my address and the order arrived prefect. They were very friendly and food was great.

Sometimes when you are on vacation you need to feed your kids something they are familiar with. This Pizza Hut was clean, and the pizza “buffet” was fresh. Oddly they had the best salad I had the entire vacation. Server was super friendly.

We were in here just a few days ago, and my mom and I had personal pan-size pizzas, I had chicken and mushroom, and she had pepperoni and mushroom. Our pizzas were ABSOLUTELY DELCIOUS! Just the way I remember they used to be as I was growing up! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PERSONAL SIZE PIZZAS! It's plenty big, and is the perfect size for kids!

I just called about fifteen minutes ago and the guy on the phone was extremely helpful. I cannot for the life of me remember his name. I was ordering from the 6.99 any special and I received outstanding service. I used to work here, and I really think that he was excellent. Thank you Pizza Hut!
