Thank you so much for all your help! Dean was amazing and helped me out so much! I came in to get an Ipad and he made sure I had all the things I needed for the programs I wanted to use, including the pen and a sturdy case, which had forgotten about! He also let me know about the different plans so I could have to get protection for my device (I never knew Best Buy had protection plans!). I appreciated his help so much, I truly felt like I got the best information and advice. Shout out to Andrew as well, he also showed me some information that really helped me make the right decision! I walked in knowing only the name of the device I wanted, and walked out feeling like I had been given the best deal for my specific needs. Thank you so much Dean (and Andrew)!! You guys are outstanding!

Exceptional customer service at best buy branch in Flower mound.
Adrian is an amazing manger to this branch, he is very compassionate to all of the customers, very knowledgeable almost about each single product or devices at the store and online.

I benefit so much from each single visit at this store when I meet him ( Adrian) and have some questions about any specific product before doing any purchase.

The store and all the staff there are excellent and very professional.
I highly recommend this branch of best buy to any person & friends or neighbors.

Stellar service. I had a question about getting the purchase that I made looked at before I walked out with it. I purchased a refurbished Apple Watch and wondered if it was in good enough shape for me to have. They actually open the box and broke the seals and make sure that I will satisfy before leaving the store. First class Customer Service. It really doesn’t take much. Thanks Best Buy!!

We went to Best Buy recently to purchase 3 TV’s and were helped by Shaffer. He was so extremely knowledgeable and happily answered all our questions (and we had a lot of questions!). We even went back in to the store a 2-3 times after to ask him some additional questions and he never rushed us. We will be asking for him when we go back soon to purchase a computer.

We were a little confused by the sign on the front of the building (what is 'Best Buy'?) but otherwise it was awesome and interactive experience to see Amazon's showroom so beautifully lit. Will definitely drop in again to check out prospective equipment before purchasing online for less! A++

Like every other bestbuy, but better stocked then the Lewisville one. I usually order online and pick it up in store or curbside. The pickups are ready by the time, mentioned during the order. They help with loading the heavy items.

Best Buy, Flower Mound.

A couple weeks ago, bought a new hardcase for my andoid phone.
Walked over to browse the laptop display. My old Mac OS has been difficult to use for many years, ready to recycle. My printer was inoperable, so was difficult when a needed a copy.

Short story: the friendly sales tech explained a few models based on my general needs. Purchased 15"
laptop, canon printer, and package that was on sale. As a senior, did not think I could afford some thing new, and quality. Made an appointment with the in store best buy/geek squad. Returned with my computer and they downloaded files to the laptop. I do not understand, but there were some old photos and files that would not open in the old Mac. Now they open on the new laptop.

Later had success with a Geek Squad home setup (see separate Google Review).

I thought customer service in the USA today was at a lower level.
"Well surprise, NOT AT THIS STORE !"

Had been looking to buy a lap top., was looking online and decided to go into Best Buy and look around.

The person that helped me in the computer section was very knowledgeable and helped me narrow down the right lap top for us.

He was very patient with all my questions and was very helpful. Unfortunate you do not see this kind of customer service on a regular basis.

Very happy with our purchase and will definitely go back when we are purchasing any electronics for our house.

Shaffer is amazing! He taught me a lot about TVs so i could make an educated purchase. Thanks to him I was able to get the perfect TV at the right price. Thank you Shaffer!!!

It's always a great experience walking through the aisles of Best Buy knowing that they'll have most of the latest new products out there. I also like going through the toy section where they have some unique toys that are hard to find just to see what's out there. Even at this age a good experience.

Friendly folks here at this Best Buy. Adrian at Geek Squad is absolutely the best customer service person I have met at Geek squad till date. Justin at the home theater and TV section is so immensely knowledgeable about TVs and guided us to make the right decision. I love this Best Buy location.

Picked up some Asus ROG Zephyrus laptops after i was refunded the purchase price of my Alienware m17 thanks to my Geek Squad extended warranty! I will always get a geek squad warranty with every laptop that I purchase at Best Buy, it is worth every penny. Do whatever you want to the thing and they will fix it or refund you.

Bought my new Samsung watch they even gave me what I paid for the old one

Good selection and ability to see an item before buying.

Updating after a while. I continue to make trips here to take to staff and get an idea of all the options and lay hands on hardware. Today I bought a new LG surround sound system. Last year, I got a new 77" LG OLED television.

The PC parts selection not to bad. I just wish that had some of the items in stock.

We love shopping at Best Buy. Nowhere else can you find the products and support they offer. We buy all our electronics from Best Buy. We were in looking at TV choices and are headed back to make the purchase today, thanks to the helpful assistance we received at the Flower Mound Best Buy.

John L showed me exactly what charger cable I needed for my cellphone & then also checked me out. He was knowledgeable, helpful, cheerful & an asset to Best Buy.

This visit wasn’t without its hiccups, as the serial number was missing from the open box I purchased. But the customer service persons was able to take care of it fairly quickly.
