A customer service clerk at checkout yesterday afternoon was extremely helpful in ordering a pkg of mens XLT tee shirts for me. Much appreciated. Love the store!

We had the best experience with Melissa who is in the portrait department. We have 2 kids and she was just amazing with them. Really took her time didn't feel like she was rushing them. She knew exactly how to make them smile and just had a great personality. So easy to work with!! Because of her, I will be coming back every year to do family photos. Thank you!!

Kate and Kim offer amazing customer service!

I stepped into the store 5 minutes before closing and Kate spent extra time to make sure all my items were picked up. She also took great care performing an even-exchange so I could get advantage of a Black Friday deal and keep the color of my choice.

Kim went above and beyond in helping me with directions to my house since my phone's battery had died. Great experience overall!

Store is always very clean and well organized.

Only 2 curbside parking, but found it free. I reached just before store closing, but got my stuff delivered. It look little time, however the person was courteous and apologized. Overall seamless experience, would recommend.

My daughter was having a school performance and needed a new dress and new shoes , so we decided to visit JC Penney’s. We were not able to find anything we were looking for the whole time we were there, on our way out my daughter spotted a dress she really liked, we were able to find just the right size for her, and then of course she had to have some shoes so we went back and took another look and what they had in inventory and found her some beautiful black boots. When we finally got to the cashier, she was so nice! She conversed with my daughter and made her shopping experience very pleasurable!

I came in today looking for some dress pants ; Alexandra and several other staff members team up to help me find the exact pants I was looking for . The whole staff was super kind , attentive, and karter was very helpful with putting in an order for an extra pant I will need . I’m looking forward to coming back to the store to pick up my order and shop more . ❤❤👏🏽👏🏽🙏🏾🙏🏾

Very nice store, the presentation always looks great. All the merchandise is folded and put up properly and appears to look great. The staff is always happy smiling and ready to help you. The store manager is a wonderful lady and a great personality always willing to help the customer.

My mom and I love this store. It's always well kept, well stocked and a lot more organized than some of the other locations we've been to. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. We also love the Sephora within the store...all the same applies there too. Icing on the top...there's always great sales and lots of clearance options!

Clean store.. everything neat. Most of all there is a Lady who checked us out at the front. She was the highlight of our visit. Very friendly, out going, personable, comforting. She spoke to everyone coming in the door and really handled us with care. I highly recommend this Store!

I have to say I was very much impressed by the smiles, door opening and the check out by Grace! She definitely made me want to smile, to be happy and definitely shop again at this store. It’s people like Grace that makes your day and makes you want to shop again. Thank you Grace for your help and just being you!

I love this store. They were so kind during COVID19 2020 to have a special time for Senoirs to shop. I love the quality and price of their clothes and the makeup department are very attentive. I get my hair done in the In-Stule salon

Always has the shoes I need and/ or want at really good prices. The store is clean and not as cluttered as it was during the ill fated ' revamp' a few years back. JC Penney is once again a go-to store for good clothes and pleasant experiences.
