The folks here are so knowledgeable. I came in to check out the prices for Marine Starting and Deep Cycle batteries. I had questions about AGM batteries as far as charging, and the fellow there knew all about them. I go here exclusively for my auto cleaning supplies. Always satisfied with the selection, service, and the general atmosphere of the store. Pleasant place to be if you're a car guy or a boat guy like myself.

Eric, the Store Manager, along with the other employees helped facilitate a complicated battery warranty exchange from an out of town shop. They all did a terrific job navigating the entire situation. Extremely patient and professional. Installed the new battery quickly and efficiently. A top notch shop. Will return for my auto parts and accessories needs. Hands down a perfect 5 Star Experience!

I’m so thankful for Brett! He helped me with replacing the battery in my key fob and then he was super sweet & helped with a taillight issue…All while standing in our intense Texas heat. I appreciated his kindness and positive attitude. Thank you, Brett!

Alex was so helpful! We are traveling across country and noticed last night our headlight bulb was out on 2011 Equinox. Not only did they have it in stock but Alex had tools and knowhow to change it out for us in 5 minutes!

We went to O'Reilly because they were the next cheapest place to find a lawnmower battery. Walmart was out in the 3 closest towns and the employees there were very friendly and willing to help. They took our old battery and found us the one we needed right away and made sure we had everything else we needed. I would definitely recommend them. They are super helpful and help until the job is done.

Went in recently for a gift card for my best friend’s birthday and was pleasantly surprised by how clean/organized the store was and how friendly the staff was. I goofed up @ the register when prompted to swipe/load the card and the cashier was still very friendly, understanding, and helpful with no attitude/shortness, really the epitome of stellar customer service. Highly recommended!

I ordered a brake caliper online for my 2018 f-150 and when it showed up it didn’t match so I took it back to the store. And explained my problem the young lady who was helping me suggested a 2017 caliper. As she knew that if mine was a early build they still using old model parts till they runout. And it worked.. still had to take truck to ford for a brake computer reboot. 🤨🤨this oreilly is alway my first call

Matt is awesome. I did not know how much of a pain it would be to swap the battery in my car. He did it without complaining and even tested the new battery before installing it to make sure it was all good to go. Hire more people like him who care about the customer and their experience.

Arthur at O’Reilly auto parts on Justin Road was so incredibly helpful! I was having anxiety about not being able to see during a rain storm so I stopped in to get new windshield wipers. He not only recommended a great set of windshield wipers she went above and beyond by helping me apply rain X to my windshield and install the new windshield wipers. I couldn’t be more grateful and he definitely put me at ease driving in the rain. I had a car accident and I’ve had a bit of anxiety driving in the rain after that so his health was very much appreciated. I called him to let him know that I made it home safely and I was so grateful for what he did. I also let him know that it worked and I could see while driving!

Showed up with a leaky battery covered in grease. Madison and Eric took care of me no questions asked. I got in and out w/ a new battery and warranty in less than 15 min. Excellent service! Always coming back to this location

Lance I think his name was? Was amazing and obviously has great customer service skills that help this place and it's customers.
I have come to this location many times and have always received great customer service from everyone that works here. They are so helpful and knowledgeable.
I will continue to come here because everyone is truly trying to help me with my car problems. They seem genuine, and that makes a huge difference.

I have made countless trips here have never been disappointed by the level of professionalism and customer service that this store has. They always treat you like a friend and if they don't carry the part they always help me find out where to go and always are willing to help.

It it because of stores like this that makes me want to go in rather than just order something online and save a few bucks.

Very helpful. Bought wiper blades. I didn't asked but they offered to install them! Great customer service. That kind of service is definitely not expected from an auto parts store, but much appreciated. I recommend this location, highly!

If you need help with parts definitely go here. The staff is incredibly helpful and polite. I've needed new wiper blades on my car for a while. When I tried to get them changed at a kwik lube they didn't have the ones for my car. O' Reilly not only had them the young man helping me put them on for me. Talk about great customer service.

Late last year I took my car to get help with a battery that I purchased from a large wholesale store. Stephen helped me twist a couple screws, wedge it in place, and complete the battery installation. No charge between the two veterans. He might not have completed a “sale,” but earned a loyal customer. Great work!
