Lowe’s always takes great care of Ace In The Hole Spray Foam, LLC. Rather we have crews in Highland Village, Denton or Louisville, Texas. Lowe’s home improvement always has our back. We are fortunate to have them and proud to call them our 5 star, 1 stop shop along the way to any job site!

Lowe’s really helped me out today. I had a tricky situation to sort through and they worked out a solution that met my needs and was very fair. Martina called Manager Niel over and he worked through it with me to understand what I needed. It was a busy day, but they were still very attentive to my needs. Then, when purchasing some items, Rebecca G. was friendly and helpful in the checkout line. Grateful for the people who make my local Lowe’s so great.

Michael today in the fan department was very helpful. I believe it said he had been there 12 years on his vest. Very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Appreciated his assistance with a smart lock and ceiling fan.

Had to make a quick trip to Lowes today to get a new tool. I am always impressed with the nice layout of this store. They are taking lots of precaution during the pandemic, making me feel safer about going there. The selection of tools is broader than you would think. They have more selection and better prices than Amazon.

Last night (a few minutes befire closing), we were helped by Ramon near the tile department. He was simply amazing. In a matter of minutes, he gave us beautiful ideas for a bathroom remodel that we have been struggling to make decisions about. I went back in today to get some additional items and saw him helping so many people. His friendly, helpful demeanor is so refreshing, and his knowledge of color/design truly saved my sanity. Thank you!

This is my favorite Lowe's location. It's in an above average strip mall with ample parking. It could be nicer if there were more trees in the parking lot for shade but that's my only complaint. The store layout is typical for a big box hardware store so stuff is fairly easy to find. There can be a wait to checkout but usually it's short. I like that there's a separate entrance for returns so there's no interference with other shoppers entering the store.

I have no idea what I'm doing tools-wise. I'm trying to build something and I just knew I needed a band saw, no idea what a band saw was. Lena in the tools section was so friendly, we had a good laugh about it. She showed me exactly what I needed, found exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!

I hate Kobalt warranty, you have to go into the store and exchange… which always turns into a whole thing. This store makes it better. Good people that try to take care of you.

Thanks to Craig, who helped us get a new washer and a dryer for my Mom's new home in Flower Mound. It was fast and friendly service, we left 20 minutes after arriving.

I’ve been wanting to buy new cabinets for our kitchen. It seems like the folks at Lowe’s in our hometown don’t seem as friendly and helpful as the ones here at the Lowe’s in Flower Mound. Marc, the associate working in the cabinet area, was super helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the products and gave us lots of different ideas and options. He suggested how to get us started and seemed genuinely interested and excited for our project. I will definitely be returning to this Lowe’s for help with my next projects.

Great store. The only issue is with the self checkouts. They never have enough employees to have all eight registers open. Usually, there are only four with two out of order. Plus, they rarely have one open that can take cash.

Looking for storage racks this was interesting to accommodate the 27 gallon snap on lid containers. They also have a nice Craftsman rack that has solid shelf metal instead of the wire rack at a decent price.

Had problems locating this bracket. Lowe's online application said the location had 24 but I could not find them. I went to Customer Service where I met "ANA" . ANA listened to my problem and escorted me to where the '24' brackets were supposed to be. She then proceeded to move a forklift to access the shelf, opened a contractor package, and counted out 20 brackets, 80 wood screws, 40 nuts and bolts! Then she rang up my purchase (making sure I got my veteran discount) and thanked me for my service. WOW!

Like the selection. Sometimes it's hard to find someone to help you. However, when you do find someone, they are always super nice and very helpful. We have purchased ceiling fans, a dishwasher, various toilet parts and assorted hardware and cleaning products. We have been pleased with the quality of everything we have purchased. We prefer Lowe's to Home Depot. Our experience with Home Depit has not been terrible but we prefer the customer service at Lowe's.

Good Lowe's assistance with flashlites. Ending with a wonderful lady at checkout helping me out.

My experience at the LOWE'S Store in Flower Mound. Over 65, and when I use the auto check out lane, sometimes I hit wrong thing and get stopped. There always seems to be a kind customer service person that quickly responds and helps me. Thankyou.

I wanted to purchase some decomposed granite and encountered the most helpful and pleasant sales associate. Not only did he advise me as to how much to buy but he carried it from the back of the store to my truck. Thank you to Hunter, the associate.

We visited the garden center, I have fairly high anxiety in busy places, but the person we spoke to regarding plants was great. He was cordial, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about helping.

Super helpful staff! One of them saw me standing amidst the crowd with broken pipes in hand and helped me get everything needed to make the repairs along with tips to help get it right the first time. Thank you!
