I was traveling on the turnpike from out of town and had a headlight that burned out. I stopped in with about 5 mins left before closing on a Saturday night. The staff showed no hesitation to help and even offered to install the headlight lamp for me. Top notch customer service.

The boss was great ,she helped me out with all the parts I needed for my work vehicle. All the correct parts at a good price.$$$

Joey was very professional and knowledgeable. She helped me find the right rotors for My Explorer - the heavy duty ones!

The BOARDMAN OReilly store is the best store in the area. The manager is always kind, and willing to help me fix any issues on my car when he's available! The employees Mark and Rob are very helpful to myself and my husband, whenever we need to find parts, or we order the wrong part! The store always has a friendly atmosphere and I enjoy going there!

Very helpful and knowledgeable. If they don't have it, they can get it from the warehouse pretty quickly.

Roger was extremely helpful. He went way out of his way to make sure I got the same headlight bulb I got the last time. I would have bought two, but there was only one in stock at the time. I appreciated him installing it for me as well.

I called them, they had the part I needed it wasn't overly expensive. I drove to the store, the Parts Tech was a nice kid and had the part ready for me, I paid. Altogether was in and out of the store in 2 or 3 minutes.

All I can say was the best part store I've been to in a long time the four guys that were there were great very helpful my car broke down on the turnpike they let me have it towed to their parking lot they had all the parts I needed and let me fix it in their parking lot number one job for them guys there that's why I give him five stars anybody need something go to O'Reilly's at 8308 Market Street in Boardman them guys are great

While traveling through, I had a symptom on my truck. Unfortunately it was a Friday close to closing time. The next day, I came to O'REILLY's to order the part and get advice about local mechanics. No shops had openings on Saturday. Not sure what to do, I returned to O'REILLY's and asked manager TJ if I could park in their lot until Monday. Not only did he let me park, access the restroom, and plug in my camper to stay warm, but an employee, Chad, offered to do the mechanical work. Chad went above and beyond, also diagnosing and fixing other unsafe issues while working on my truck. In addition, TJ, Tyler, Kain, and Chad shared food,coffee, helped to find difficult parts and were all very kind and hospitable. And Chad is an excellent mechanic and gave me a great deal. They all deserve a raise!!!! I was very lucky to find store 4819 in Boardman Ohio. Thanks guys!!
