McDonald's

This particular location is BY FAR the BEST in the Boardman/Poland area. We order from them about twice a week. Every time we have gone there the food is always fresh and the service is always super fast no matter how long the drive-thru line is or how packed the parking lot looks! The staff members always seem to be in great spirits and have smiles on their faces! We have also witnessed the managers right in the middle of the battle during rush periods, too, which explains the phenomenal teamwork shown. The store's cleanliness is obviously on point with the rest of my observations, clean and organized. We will continue to visit this specific location for the foreseeable future!!!

Went to drive thru. Very busy!

I figured I'd give them a good review cause I really think the problem is none of what people think, it's the dinner box deal that is really killing the fast food chains service. If 5 cars pull up and order two dinner boxes each that's like 20 sandwiches, 200 nuggets, and 40 French fries plus the drinks and extras people want. That kind of food being ordered cannot be fast period! The fast food business model was meant to be we have 20 burgers and fries made our way if you want it your in and out quickly. If you really think about it this makes alot of sense!

So I hadn't been to a McDonald's in years. The food was made fresh!!! And was hot and tasty!!! It was really a huge improvement over the days when I used to eat there frequently . The tables, floor, etc were clean and neat. Good exp.

Open 24/7 as of May 4th 2022, just fyi!

(They always have really kinda and friendly staff at the drive thru, and the fries are always salty when I get them)

Second time here tonight. Great bar The seltzers are amazing. I love the cucumber and cantaloupe. Bartender is friendly and the owners are great.

I like going there. My food is always hot . not like the one in liberty building a new one now so we will see if that will make a difference 😆

Ate inside. Everyone was nice and helpful. One of the best McDonald's experiences I've had in a long time.

Its McDonalds, what else can I say? However i will say that some McDonalds food is always dry bordering stale and others are super fresh off the grill giving me the McDonalds experience I've come to love over my lifetime, this McDonalds store is one of those who's food is ALWAYS fresh without fail. After all this McDonalds talk, looks like I've gotta make one of my many drive through runs. Lol...

Very friendly and very fast service. I didnt even make it to the drink station, and they already had my order ready. Loved this place!

Now before the close they had good workers there I don't know what it's like now but it was clean and everything I loved going there can't wait to they open up the dining Room again

Friendly and courteous service. We had no issues with our order - which is not something I can say about all McDonald's franchises out there - and we're out of there in no time.

Today the ladies in the drive thru were extra nice. I cant stand this McD's most days but there are certain employees there that are very nice!

Excellent service and very friendly staff! Food was out in a very timely manner and it was hot. All other stores should be exactly like this one!

I was surprised at the good service I got from twin sisters. Food was very good. Got burger with cheese/bacon, fries and a drink. I'll go back.

Play area was clean and kept up. They brought out our food and came back to see if we needed anything. Very nice and professional staff.

Very polite young man to my order and made a fantastic iced coffee for me. Sometimes they're really hit or miss, but this one was perfect.
