Absolutely Love Michael's! They always have everything anyone could need for Art, Home Decor, or crafts! Clean store & wonderful Staff & Sales! I shop a lot of places for My Abstract Art Supplies, but I get great deals @ Michael's, both online & in store. It's a great Day when Gallery Wrapped Canvases, Golden Heavy body, & Liquitex Professional line Paints go on sale!!

It’s always a nice craft store. I was happy to find cheap blank shirts for under $5 that I could personalize at home. They have a pumpkin carving service, where you design the pumpkin and they’ll carve it for you. Also, I love the amount of Halloween decorations that have black cats because they’re my favorite part about Halloween time!

I can't get over what an amazing job Abby did framing our sticker boards of breweries we've toured. She truly had the best customer service skills I've got to deal with in a long time. She is a true gem. Make sure you ask for here when you go in. Abby, thank you so much from Kim and Jesse. Job well done.

This store location is very easy to access from the busy rt. 224. It has several entry and exit points to the plaza's parking lot.

The store is very clean and well stocked. I called into the store to see if they had helium tanks. When I arrived, it was there as promised.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. A member from the staff greeted me as soon as she had seen me and offered help. She walked with me to the location of the product and even suggested some accessories to go with my purchase.

Great place for all your crafting needs!

This place is amazing! Great deals and awesome crafting supplies and ideas but the best thing was the customer service...and it was phenomenal. Georgia was the cashier at the time and she was so sweet and there was another very nice girl (who's name I didn't catch) and she helped me find what I was there looking for. She also checked on me to see if I needed a cart or any more help and she just brightened up my day. The overall experience at Michaels was fantastic! I will definitely be going back there for all my future needs. Thank you!! 🙃😊☺

I stopped here for a specific item, the store was well stocked and clean and I found exactly what I was looking for. I had the pleasure of completing my purchase at the register with Paula who may have been the most amazing retail employee I’ve ever come in contact with. She had a bright smile, answered all of my questions in a kind and prompt manner and took the extra step to make sure all of my contact info was updated in the system so I would continue to receive my rewards. Instead of a routine trip to the store Paula put a smile on my face and made me feel like a valued customer. Thanks Paula!

Georgia is super nice, she was at the register today. She's very warm and was giving customers helpful tips as we checked out.
I usually stop by here for yarn supplies. From my experiences stopping in, the store is always clean and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, always able to help me find what I'm looking for.

They always have someone on staff who is very knowledgeable. Their selection is always large. Very clean store.

Love this store and the variety of items available. If you can design it they will have the items to make it. If you have questions, ask one of their associates, I've always thought they are very knowledgeable.

They have just about everything you could possibly need for crafting, frequently offer good coupons as well as special promotions. You can sign up for the email list to receive even more discounts. I appreciate the frequency with which I receive 50% off coupons! The store is generally clean and well-organized. Also it consistently has a well stocked clearance aisle. It seems as though they are almost always offering a special class, or day, for children once a week. My child has enjoyed those very much and we will certainly continue to patronize this establishment.
