Continently located in by many gates, this express store has everything one might need before or after your flight... for a hefty price. Overall the store is clean, staff was friendly... and they have a great reading section.

The clerk his name is Maine threated me by coming around the counter as i walked away and insulting my mother in front of customers. All because i misplaced a snickers bar and what he felt was that i took the receipt from his hand to hard. This " gentleman " has had several incidents already as mentioned in previous reviews. Please terminate his employment. He is going to hurt someone one day.

I have honestly never been more disrespected in my entire adult career. I went into the shop across from gate C10 at 1:45 p.m looking for something sweet to snack on before my flight and I encountered the store clerk that seemed to be having a rather off day. I questioned the staff member as to which register was open because there was another customer standing at the other register and no one was there, and how I was to check out she responded in the most sarcastic way and stated “right where I’m standing “ which I took in a rather odd way. She snatched the items off the counter and scanned them in a way that showed any and all anger that she might have been going through. So I chuckled and continued to check out and she began to chuckle as well and stated under her breath “same thing I said”. I left the store obviously have been angered by the way I was treated.
Please if anyone addresses this I would love to know. Thanks

Refuses to make change for a 5.00 bill was paying 3.89 for a bottle of water. I understand the shortage of change. However the emoyees are scamming people in a hurry to catch a plane.
Went to another store paid 3.01 for the same water and got my 1.99 back.

I will never buy at this shop again. The clerk was EXTREMELY disrespectful, actually telling me I was annoying because I stood in front of the register versus beside it. I have never had such terrible customer service! Extremely disappointing.

This was the first time I've made a purchase without them saying ONE word to me. If you hate what you do, don't do it! When I pay $10 for an iced tea and licorice you should say thank you!
