I don’t leave reviews usually but my experience deserves one. Of all the Sephoras Ive been to, this one had the sweetest and most helpful employees. Desi in particular was a God send for me. Im notoriously difficult to find the right shade of foundation for. I almost gave up trying to find a fit because of all the money Ive spent. Desi helped me find my perfect shade, and also gave me priceless tips on how to do my eyebrows and concealer. Shes amazing! A gem to the store. It really felt like a friend helping me navigate my way in the make-up world! Thank you Desi!!

I was very nervous about coming to a store like this because I'm not a big makeup fan but needed to look nice for an upcoming business trip. When I walked in, nobody greeted me so I just started looking at perfumes by myself. Tiffany walked up to me and was so kind and patient. I gave her some ideas of what I was looking for. She suggested Black Tulip and I loved it!! She really knew her stuff! I also wanted to buy a foundation and she led me over to Katigan. She was helpful and thorough! Found the perfect match for my skin. I mentioned hair products and she gave me great advice on that too. I bought exactly what i was hoping for and can't thank these ladies enough about my first experience here. I'll definitely come back with friends.

Got a "new products" makeover-- bought it all! The staff was warm, friendly and so knowledgeable and helpful!!

Ethan was incredibly helpful and patient helping me find new products for my dry skin! I appreciate how knowledgeable he was about the products and his friendly demeanor made all of the difference. The whole store staff was incredible and so friendly. Special shout-out to Kat who helped me find hair care products. I will be shopping at this location from here on out!

Not the largest Sephora location I've been to, but certainly the friendliest and most helpful. Ethan was so knowledgeable about foundation and helped me choose a replacement for my discontinued shade. He is an expert color matcher. Maggie was super at the checkout and patiently looked up my birthday gift bonus when I remembered about it AFTER I paid. She didn't miss a beat. Bravo! Highly recommended!

Always have an amazing experience with this location unlike the Millennia Mall location. The makeup artist Steven is amazing (🤗). Had a wonderful time with him learning about new products! Even after the store closed with us inside, I didn’t feel rushed… he still took his time to see that I got everything I needed. They have a wonderful team and the culture and atmosphere in this location is amazing

Had an incredible experience today at Sephora Winter Park.I had to take to Google to write a review about our incredible associate Violet. She was so knowledgable about all things skin care and went out of her way to ensure we were educated about what we were purchasing and provided customized reccomendations to fit both myself and my wife's unique skin types. We were just super impressed with her contagious and happygolucky spirit, her immense knowledge of skincare and brands, and simply her amazing customer service. In today's climate, it has been more and more difficult to experience good customer service, we were just very very pleased with Violet's assistance today and definitely wanted to give her a shoutout to applaud the amazing work she is doing. To management, you have a gem on your hands that makes each and every guest experience memorable. Thank you Violet.

This store was great & the staff was helpful! Had a great shopping experience with my sister who I was visiting. This isn’t a super large store but they had all the brands we wanted & more.

Brian helped me find what I wanted. He came right up to me with a smile!! I told him I needed something for my malisma and he took me over and showed me a product and was very knowledgeable. Big thank you to him or I would've left without buying. Get more like Brian and the store will be set!!! 🥰

When I walked into this Sephora, I was nervous. I've never been in a physical location because the wrong idea of employees circling made me hesitant. I was greeted by three lovely ladies who asked if I needed help, and I blurted out "Yes please, someone who is patient..." I think I may have said it a bit too loud because even customers turned and looked at me.

When they asked what I came in for, I admitted that I wanted to look for makeup but I had no idea what I was doing because I've never worn it. They set me up with Anna. Let me just say, she was amazing. She made me feel SO GOOD about myself. Despite what I came in there for, she assured me that I had wonderful skin and didn't need to cover it with makeup - Instead, she showed me some affordable skincare to help with my hyperpigmentation concerns. By the time I left the store, my confidence was lifted more than it has been in weeks. Anna is a doll, and I hope that she's there if I ever need to go back to that location. Thank you, Anna. Also, thank you to ALL the staff I spoke to (including the friendly cashier)! Y'all really made my day.

Mellanie was incredible! She was so patient with me as someone who doesn’t wear makeup. Mellanie color matched me for new foundation and picked out a fool-proof bronzer. She even showed me how to properly apply the bronzer. I doubt she’d remember me, but I’d definitely ask for her assistance the next time I go. However, the woman who asked Mellanie to assist wasn’t friendly and had a bit of an attitude when I said I needed help but didn’t wear makeup, so I was starting from scratch with a brand recommendation. I didn’t catch the gal who rang me up’s name but she was very sweet and friendly! The help I’ve gotten in this store is normally hit or miss, but this trip was definitely a hit with Mellanie! Thanks Mellanie :)

One of the best Sephoras I have ever been to. On Black Friday, in the afternoon, it wasn’t too crowded, all the sales associates were very kind, and the two women who helped me were extremely knowledgeable. Sunday Riley had an ambassador there, Adisha, who helped my mom and I and she was amazing. Alex, the ilia ambassador, was also great. Would recommend this store to anyone.

Elizabeth was AMAZING she deff went above and beyond. Helped me with EVERYTHING. I literally would have been walking around the whole store blindly. Again she was just perfect made my day easier! I really appreciate her help!

This cute little stand alone Sephora is the cutest. The daughter getting out here shopping after loving on her birthday gift. Love the customer service who assisted in giving her 250 extra pounts for her birthday rewards. Clean store with a moderate crowd.
