Starbucks

I’m kind of obsessed with this location on a weekday morning. I go through the drive thru and I’m picking up my order in less than five minutes. Everyone is so nice and a genuine smile. Food is great etc. I love stopping by here.

Zach, the Manager always greets me by name and knows how I like my chai tea to be made. He’s super knowledgeable about all of the drink products and offers up new suggestions. He looked into ingredients to make sure it wouldn’t be a trigger for my allergies. I appreciate him, his kind demeanor and his friendless. His customer service is on point.

While I have reduced my purchases, learning to make my own with yummy coffee purchased from here, I ALWAYS get a sparkling BOOST from the fine, fine people who work here: they remember me and my my 3 service doggies, have a warm smile as a gift and a really good vibe among themselves. A joy.

I live right above this Location and I can assure u that they are the best, specially Zach he always takes care of us EVERYDAY.
He know that I collect Starbucks cups and every time that he receives a new one he let me know!
I just want to say, “You are the best Zach! Tks…”

Managers Zach and Brian are AMAZING! Best customer service of any Starbucks I've been to. They are happy to accommodate when things may be less than perfect, and they have great rapport with all customers.

Every single time I come to this Starbucks location I leave happier than when I came. The customer service is always on point and the drinks are always consistent. Who doesn’t enjoy talking to a delightful barista when they deliver your grande dose of happiness?

It’s a Starbucks. The staff is friendly and the food is good. I always love the chorizo sandwiches. And of course, the coffee is the same everywhere.

Update: 9/14/17 ... make sure your breakfast sandwich is even warm. Got mine to go and it almost felt/tasted frozen still. Yuck.

Getting food/drinks at a international brands location is always a bit dicey as they don’t always seem consistent. This location is on point 100% of the time. Everyone is always smiling and the service is always amazing!
Keep up the great work guys and this location is worth the drive (wherever you are in the area, choose this Starbucks!)

This is without a doubt the best Starbucks on the planet. The people are amazing. Frankie and Victoria are truly special people with the kindest hearts around- they are so incredibly sweet to our kids when we drive through that I literally avoid all other Starbucks in the area and only go to this one- thank you guys for being you.

I frequent this location almost daily with my girlfriend. We enjoy it very much and the staff is great. If I had the means, I would get every one who works here a new car because they are always so busy and are so polite. Never a bad experience!

I love this Starbucks location. The team in the morning and cheerful and speedy and gets you on your way quickly with delicious coffee. The inside team is fabulous in the late mornings and all afternoon. Today they brought everyone iced water. The other frequent guests and pleasant to be around. Overall the atmosphere is relaxed and cheerful.

I have to say I have always had a positive experience at this Starbucks. Today in particular I was really touched by kindness that Caley showed towards me. She is a stellar employee and a treasure of a human. I’m so happy this is my home Starbucks. Great job guys!

This Starbucks is a star. You will get the same, considerate and attentive staff anytime of the day. They are really great at making customer feel welcome, AND REMEMBERED. I have never had a single serving that needed to be returned. While I was disappointed to see most soft furniture go away, they also keep the place VERY clean.

My favorite starbucks in Orlando! Theres a chick who works here who has creative tattoos that say stuff like “tattoo” or “words” or something like that on her arm. I just have to say shes super cute and makes me smile every time Im in there, which is super often haha so cheers to her for being awesome

Seriously, the best Starbucks I’ve been to by far. Everyone is incredibly friendly, coffee is always on point and the service is very fast. A huge shoutout to Frankie who is just the best and takes the time to make every single customer feel valued. 😊

The service at this Starbucks is always lovely. They make suggestions when I'm not sure, create things that aren't on the menu for me, and are always so service oriented and friendly. The food and drinks are as expected or better each time. It makes me not mind that I have to take 2 ugly left turns to get out of there and that there is no drive thru.

Jen the shift supervisor needs to calm down with her customer service skills. Straight up outta this world she needs to calm down. The other staff were also very nice. 10/10 would harass again!

Went thru the drive thru and ordered my coffee Thursday morning, mind you this is not my regular Starbucks. I like just the slightest bit of cream in my coffee. Most Starbucks besides my usual Starbucks always adds way too much even though I ask for a small splash of cream. The gentleman handed me my coffee and asked me to try my coffee to make sure it was just the way I liked it. It was perfect! But I just appreciated the fact that he went the extra mile to make sure it was to my liking before I left. It was a long week for me and I was headed to a 6:30 am appointment and needed coffee ASAP as I had no time to make it at home before running out of the house. So kudos to this gentleman & his excellent customer service. Sorry I didn’t catch his name. Thank you though, it was greatly appreciated.
