Einstein Bros. Bagels

Love Einstein Bros. Bagels, but I'm leaving a review on this one because the service was excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful, they even remembered my name when I came back later for another order. The place is very spacious. Einstein is great, but this is my favorite location.

Super friendly staff, and they make a great effort to learn everyone's names and their usual orders given enough time. Sometimes they get backed up during meal break rushes, but they definitely put in the effort to keep a good pace. Overall, one of my favorite locations for this bagel supreme restaurant chain.

This location made the worst impression possible on opening day, serving the thinnest hint of cream cheese and a manager lecturing customers who complained on 'portion control'. I avoided them for years but on returning found a case full of really delicious looking bagels, super-friendly staff, a well-made cappuccino and yes, cream cheese applied and bagels cut by people who have perhaps actually had a NY bagel. 5 stars for most improved, even if the gal at the register was having an off day.

I placed a catering order a week in advance for a company meeting. I was so worried that because I placed it early they may forget about it and it wouldn't be ready when I arrived. When I arrived this morning not only was my whole order packaged up and ready, they had included a bunch of napkins, utensils, and everything else needed for coffee. They even helped me carry everything out to my car! I highly recommend this location and will be using them for all of my company's breakfast needs.

The food they prepare here is fantastic! The GM phyllis came to my table and asked about my experience was it all tasting good, and asked if i was missing or needed anything. Fantastic place. In fact im going back tomorrow morning!

This location is awesome. I had the tasty Turkey for the first time and it was amazing . The spinach and fruit were all fresh and the asiago bagel be as toasted just right. This is my new favorite sandwich.

Phyllis the general manager is lovely and cares about people’s experience. Kathy is also a gem and so sweet to my three year old son. Good people who run this einsteins.

So many bagel and cream cheese options! My fave combo is everything bagel with garden veggie shmear! All of them are tasty and their new caribou coffee is amazing!

Einstein has got the Best bagel's, the nicest most helpful people, I stop here Everytime I go to Orlando, even if I have to drive out of my way to get there.

The service is a little slow in the mornings, BUT I love when people remember you. I went in twice the other week and on my second day in the last remembered my name. It's the little things that make a difference. 🙃🙌

Wife and I usually stop by an Einstein bagel Shoppe once a week. Good selection of bagels and fresh coffee. Friendly employees.

The food here is fresh and easily identifiable. Staff are efficient and welcoming. The restaurant is very clean!
