Just stopped in traveling from Knoxville area. The guy behind the counter was very nice and helpful. His customer service was excellent.

The people there that work there in my experience are really not that nice, and I mean all of them not just one of them. The little redhead kid is the worst. The place is pretty overpriced compared to send vape shops but this place does have amazing glass.

Tyler does a good job here at being friendly and passionate. I like his commitment to the store and the guests! We have been to many a store such as this in our time, but I must say the variety the prices and the great customer service makes it a final destination, for sure. If you need CBD, smoking products of any kind including incense then this should be a place of interest. I must also mention it is nestled between a donut shop and awesome Mexican food, hmmm and yumm. The vegan option always a plus!

I'll definitely be going back. The guy in there was so nice and he answered any questions I had. He even noticed I was a little down and asked if everything was okay, thank you again! They also have a great selection of products.

Staff here is AMAZING! Always super friendly and very upbeat environment. Store is clean and well stocked with many choices for just about everything. I love this place and glad I found it. Highly highly recommend this place to anyone. You will not leave disappointed.

Has everything you need for vaping and other things😵‍💫

This is my favourite vape shop in the area! They offer a great selection of everything from hookahs to electronic cigarettes, to water pipes, box vaporizers, and everything in between! The only thing better than their plethora of products is their customer service! They have a couch for lounging and often have video games to play on the big television. Extremely polite and considerate, as well as laid-back. I highly recommend this location to anyone!!!

Amazing place with the largest selection I have seen so far. Amazing water pipes and bongs. Hookahs and a mountain of juices. The guy running the place..Pollo...is great! Patient and informative. He even set my vape up and put the juice in to show me what's what! I wish I could give more stars!

I will advise that you check your new vape device before leaving the store (or any vape store). Last time I bought a vape pen from here, I got home and opened the box and the chamber was already busted, unfortunately.
I drove straight back with my receipt and they gladly swapped it out for me for no extra charge! Of course, I checked it before going back home lol
But still, this is a great vape store and they've been quite honest with me for the past year and a half I've been going to it. I would recommend it. :)

I'm happy to see that there is a glass/tobacco store literally right down the road from me, instead of having to drive down to Harding place to get some professional glass that isn't using some cheaply made China glass.
They have some awesome merchandise here, from Hookahs and Bongs, to some unique pipes & one hitters, to even papers and cape juices. I will definitely be visiting here from time to time!
And more thing to mention, the people who work here are awesome! Extremely friendly, as if they're your friends.

Amazing shop, extremely patient and polite people, very helpful and informative. Best of all they have a super wide variety, they have the most products and the best prices of any vape/smoke shop I’ve been to in all of Middle Tennessee. Highly recommend at least stopping by and having a look around.

Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff are here to help you find what you're looking for, or even something new. The selection is wide and varied in juices, with 0 nicotine too (which some stores dont carry). They have a nice selection of CBD products too, from vapeable to flower and so forth. Pipe and hookah selection is there as well, at least half the store. If you're an older customer, don't be put off by the graffiti decor. These are friendly, kind staff who know their products.

So far the service has been friendly, courteous, helpful and warm. There are a lot of vape stores to choose from. Unless their customer service changes, all my business goes to them!

The girl working last night was awesome. I havent vaped in YEARS and she helped me revamp my old setup and taught me about all the new products that have come out. Walked away very happy!
