My boyfriend and I came in 1/2/2023 to price out a iphone 15 plus and the cost to add him to my plan. Steve was the salesman we talked to and i told him we just wanted pricing so we had some time to think about it. He was really nice and didn't try to push us to buy that day. We came back 1/5/2023 and got him all set up. Took less then an hour. Steve took care of us both time's and was friendly and had no problem answering all our questions.

The young man that I talked to was very patience and very helpful to both me and my friend. My friend had a lot more issues than I did but he took the time to help her with all of her issues. She had recently switched from a flip phone to a regular phone so he was very helpful to her.

Tiffany was very very nice and helped us out with everything we needed, answered all of our questions. Most of the time no line to wait in, highly recommended. Keep up the great work!

Jesse was patient and informative while we started new service for 4 phones and 2 internet services. Great guy and so helpful!

Every time I go to this store they have always been a big help. This time Beth, even though new still help me get everything figured out. Sometimes there is a wait but they will get to ya just be patient.

Chelsea at the Altoona store on 8th was a great person to work with when she done something with my phone she told me what she was doing why she was doing it, and so far it's taken care of the problem I think she done a fantastic job cuz my phone was really messing up bad.

Very knowledgeable and nice. I always like to deal with the people there. I've so far never been disappointed with US Cellular customer service.
