What an EXPERIENCE! Almost got into a major pickle with my oil cap and needed the proper oil to top of my engine on a long drive (: Shaun saved me by helping me find the correct oil to top of my car. He was very kind and patient and even helped me clean the oil offy car. THANK YOU (:

I have to agree with the others. The current manager has to be the most diligent and respectful manager I think I may have ever seen at any company. No one likes waiting in line, but this isn't a convenience store. You're asking multiple questions and they know or they are looking up the answers. I will definitely be doing more business here because of the manager.

My car battery died today and I called a handful of places. AutoZone was the only place with decent priced, new batteries and does installation. The man who helped me was very kind and I felt went above and beyond to install my battery. I didn’t catch his name, but he did a great job!

I was driving I-80 with a chair in my truck that wasn't strapped properly. I stopped here to buy a pair of straps.
I told the guys I had no idea how to use the straps and asked for their help.
They took the straps out of the package and got them started, then came out to my truck and securely strapped in my chair.
I then safey drove an hour home.
I will highly recommend this Auto Zone for their service and assistance.

The manager Justin is awesome, not helpful but also knowledgeable. I gotta give it to them them they take care of their customers.

They were awesome. I thought I had a bad fuse in my cigarette lighter which I only use for phone charging. I explained the problem and then found out that my fuse wasn't bad. They sent someone out to my car and determined it was my phone charger and cord. I so appreciated the extra effort.

I own an auto repair shop in Colorado. We built a transmission for a customer, and on their way home to Michigan, they had a transmission cooler line blow out of their radiator. The store manager at this location was kind enough to gather all the fluid they needed, a funnel, and found someone to deliver everything to my customer on the side of the interstate. This person also helped them fix the line, which was the final step in a very long trip for my customers in getting home. I got a call the next day from them saying that they'd made it. My hat is off to the service, diligence, and sheer goodwill of this store's management and employees. I had called 4 other auto parts stores in Des Moines prior to this one, and no one was able to help. These guys came through.

Always willing to pull DTCs and offer suggestions. Suggestions are maybe not always on point but if you’re accustomed to working on vehicles they’re always a decent starting point.

Nothing special about prices or quality since everything here is market driven because of competitors but their consistently above marks staff really shines and is the reason this place is what it is.

I just want to say thank you. Y'all were quick, friendly and so helpful with my car today 😊. I would highly recommend this store for assistance. Thank you again so much.

Great customer service!

Very friendly and very helpful to my customer as I am a tow truck driver and my customer had a dead battery, they allowed me to drop on the side of the building and get the customers car into a parking spot and within minutes of having it in that spot they were out there to help my customer. Absolute amazing job.

Great people here! They always take care of me! Bought a battery when orielly's refused to honor their warranty and tried to sell me a starter instead of replacing the sad excuse of a battery. If I listened to Orielly I would have had to buy a new battery on top of the non needed starter. I am glad Autozone has such a great team.

Seth delivered the most excellent customer service today. I was needing a new wiper on my Tundra and he not only was quick to get the part, he put it on for me! Much better customer service than O'Reilly's associates who were not helpful and rude! Great job Seth! Thank you so much~~

On one of the coldest days of the year, the rep changed the bulb in my headlight. I did not catch the lady working there, but she helped me out with something important. I will be a customer there and hope that whoever she was, gets a raise. Good job!

They replaced my battery for me. Yay! They've also replaced light bulbs, wipers, etc over the years and are great reading engine codes! All free services unlike other places!

Very good experience.
I went to have my windshield wipers changed after our weird winter.
They were able to do it on the spot. They also helped me pick the best ones for me & my car.

I had to get a new bulb for my headlight. I called before i got there to see if someone could help me change it. Jessica B was working and answered my call she said yes. When I got there she remembered me from the phone and had my lightbulb changed herself within a few minutes. This place was wonderful!

Super-D-Duper! They diagnosed my Check Engine light which had just come on and reset it for me - FREE - NO CHARGE [it was something to do with my catalytic converter which meaty have just been a fluke we'llknow for sure if it comes back on]. Then, I discovered a couple things I needed, once of which happened to be on sale!
