The 3rd shift cashier Dawn is the best ever for this H street 7 eleven. The owner should better hope he never loses her as an employee. Others could learn a lot from her

It has been 1 year since I stopped in this 7-11 location and WOW, the overnight shift workers are very nice, helpful, and clean. I have been to many other 7-11’s and this 1 is the best of them all. Keep up the good work and I will stop in more frequently. It is worth the 10 min drive than going to the 7-11 down the street from my home

Para compras rápidas. Buen café a un buen precio, hotdogs sándwich pizza panecillos etc. Sodas y cerveza. Y una gran cantidad de snacks. Recomendable en verano los slurpees.

This place has been a lot better lately. The best part is no loud spanish music and coffee is always hot. Neat and clean. Hired some good people and I can see the change.

Had what I was looking for but when I was trying to pay the cashier kept rushing me and when i finally payed she told me to get out already.

Night shift workeris a lot nicer and helpful than day shift, still wouldn't give 4 because of the day shift worker

2 star for convenience. I bought a VOSS water and noticed it was expired by 3 months. Went back to the store to exchange and found ALL their waters to be expired aswell. Check the dates on your items. They know what they're doing.

Poor customer service. Stop in line waiting for my turn just for change and was ignored and clerk decided to assist someone else. Very disappointed

Very unprofessional, one of the workers was high out his mind and the other was just not doing her job, in the middle of ringing my things up multiple times she went to her phone for minutes to work the register, I had to keep reminding her to finish my purchase. The gentleman was under the influence of something and kept spacing out with dilated eyes, he kept freezing dead still while a Uber eats driver kept reminding to finish the order for pick up to no avail he just couldn’t do, he just kept staring at the order screen with a shaking finger. With only a few customers the whole ordeal took 20 minutes, not a safe 7/11 better to go to H street or 3rd Ave

Seems like they let go of all the employees and brought in new people this 7 eleven looks like trash first of all never clean around the store overgrown outside and the new thing is homeless out side live down the street from it started to go to the ampm don't get bugged for money and the new employees at the 711 suck as well don't acknowledge anyone
