We purchased a ring in November, but it didn't ship until December. Being AD military, I wasn't home to receive it. Maria helped us with the return. She was amazing!!! She also helped us pick out the perfect necklace and matching earrings for Valentines Day! Thank you Maria! We won't go anywhere else! We truly appreciate you making us feel like family.

The cashier was very nice and very helpful , he answered my questions and even though it was a bit busy he gave me the time that I needed and not hurried me out , thank you

Feels like Sears when it was dying out, there’s no staff, no customer service people, no registers available, dressing rooms are not available either variety is starting to become limited. I feel so sad that these brick and mortar shops are going out of business with everything being done online😘 Could not Believe The amount of discounts I got. Should have purchased more items but the kids were tired

Very good selection of clothing but the best thing was the helpfulness of the staff who took her time to make me apply for a discount.

Great deals they have lots of clearance as of 10/2/2022. Wow I was surprised to see that they have curbside pickup. They have lots of shoes on clearance. They provided great Customer Service 👏

poor penny's, i only say that because I am sad that big stores like Sears (now gone forever) have been struggling in the market place due to the internet. I love Penny's as it is a part of America and I always had great service at Penny's.

I have been shopping here for more then 30 years. I like it. Mainly because it is a place where you can walk to all the shops without taking a golf cart.

We love shopping at any jcpenney store. Prices are always good, sales, organized and discounts are added as well.

Oh my goodness sakes. How do they stay in business with such amazing prices? If u go to the website, they post amazing coupons. Forget Amazon and shop, for free pickup or delivery. Or shop till you drop here.

Good prices! A young woman with long hair, very badly didn't attend the cash register Al all. I was waiting for my wife and every single person, including us, left the register that is in front of makeup and that sort of thing. We went to the other register near to the watches.

Found everything i was looking for at a great price. Enjoyed the holiday discount. I want to give a special shout out to Myriam Diaz who even though she was not working the section I was shopping, stopped what she was doing to make sure I was finding everything. JCPenny needs more people like her!

Good place to Shop

I found a very cute outfit but it was the only one in the store. Staff went online trying to find the outfit for pricing. Item was not found. I found it on the clearance rack. They put a price of $12.99 so I bought it. Great staff. Thanks.

When the sales are on and the specials is better but still a very good store because they have a cuality close and everything they got there.
