AMC Plaza Bonita 14

This is one of the best AMC movie theaters i have been to. The staff was really friendly and courteous. Kind and prompt at the ticket counter. Smiles all around so you can tell they were happy with their job. Clean and dry counters. No spills everywhere. The popcorn was hot and fresh when i received it. Movie theater itself was clean and smelled nice. I would definitely recommend folks to come here.

Full of teenagers but they're not worse than normal teens. Great food court and stores that your average person can shop at! Not like Fashion Valley where you dress up and window shop!

So good here, the popcorn is always perfection, just the right amount of crunch, never chewy or moist. Jalapenos and perfect service! To mention the vegan chicken nuggets are everything and I am so grateful that they are inclusive in staff, as well as food, with their vegan options!

Place is always packed, don't blame them location is just right. Popcorn and pretzels are the best

Stadium seats, not the extra large ones. No heating. At least in theater 2.

Dolby Sound is amazing and, theater 4 is a great place to watch action movies. Will definitely go again.

The staff at this theater is amazing. Today I had to go into the theater for help with their loyalty program because I wasn’t sure what number was on the account and I wanted to take advantage of their discount tickets on Tuesdays. While standing in line I saw a Karen in her natural habitat berating one of the employees.
I understand that all Karens are born out of frustration, a sprinkle of entitlement, and a dash of inconvenience but this woman was out of control. From what I could tell she wanted some version of a $5 refund for 2 tickets equating to $10. The employee was calm, respectful and was trying to help her. He did everything short of offering her money out of his own wallet and he tried is best to explain to her that he couldn’t do what she was asking and amazingly this wasn’t an undercover boss situation so he couldn’t change AMC’s company policy about whatever was making her upset. Another employee came out to help me get my tickets and this women just kept going on and on and on. Finally I snapped and offered her money out of my own wallet and reminded her that whatever she was upset about wasn’t worth the $10 and I would give it to her just so she would leave him alone. This women did not like being spoken to the way she was speaking to the employees and had the audacity to try and say she was going to have security called on me.
If you are Reynard and you are reading this - you’re amazing and any company would be lucky to have you as an employee, I hope you get hazard pay for tonight.
If you are the sorry excuse for a human that thinks its okay to spew that vial hatred into the universe without any recourse and you're reading this… I hope you have the day you deserve.
Overall the movie theater is great and we will be back.

The theater and movie was great. The ppl next to me talked and moved around All during John Wick. It was really distracting. There were 2 little kids in front of me playing cartoons on their phones
I could hear it. Ppl were so rude and acted like they have no manners. I hate that I missed quite a bit of the movie because ppl have no movie etiquette. Don't think I will watch another movie there. And it was the later movie.

We rented our own theater for a family gathering & it was so great! We had the entire theater to ourselves, we picked the movie & start time. We had little kids there & they got up & walked around without disturbing anyone. Split the cost among family, small theaters fit 50 people easily but we had only 20 or so. Well worth the cost & privacy. We will do it again soon. Time to go to the movies! Imax!

I've been here many times and the experiences have been great. Clean bathrooms, clean cinema. I recommend experiencing the Dolby theater. Snack section is clean as well.

This theatre is never bad and since its opening in 2008 has hosted many monumental movie releases. The food is good and its staff is generally good. I can't count how many movies I've seen here as a kid to now as an adult. The screens are well maintained too.

Service is exceptional here. I find myself surprised to say that about a movie theater, but the staff are really friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the reclining seats. Variety and quality of concessions was great. This was the first time I had a really good cup of coffee from a theater concession. Thank you.

I came here to watch the new Transformers movie! I loved the quality of the movie.. and the audio quality was so good i felt like i was present in the movie, very impressive! 👌🥳😁

watched Black Panther wakanda forever. Its a great movie and the seats were so comfortable, they recline a little. Popcorn was fresh and not too salty.

The place is very clean, the employees are very friendly and the movie theaters comfortable, it's everything you can expect !!!

I love this theatre plenty bathroom stalls, clean and the staff are always so pleasant. The Ac is just right and movie qualify is great. I always go to the movies with my mini me.

I can't say how nice it is to actually be able to walk into a movie theater once again. Anyway,.it was a nice experience, the theater was kinda empty and all of the clerks were very polite. One thing to note is that they shut the door at 9 pm during the week. So keep that in mind if you are interested in seeing a late movie.
