Hello, ealier today on 9/11/23 I went in to buy my girlfriend a quick gift and as soon as I walked in I was greeted at the door by Sam he was super nice and friendly and even informed me about the current deals they had going on , then he helped me out get what I needed and even recommended some great picks that I ended up purchasing and my girl friend loved it thank you Sam for being such a great help ,you deserve a raise, thanks man!

I come here a lot and the people are always friendly. But today, even as busy as they were, Waynetta went OUT OF HER WAY big time to get me my app deals and saved me over 50 bucks. I am not familiar with how the app works, and she took her time to show me and get all my coupons used before they expired. Now that's customer service and places need more Waynettas! Thank you for a wonderful experience in this busy season!

Omg the prices are great, found me, mom and daughter and grand daughter, boots and clothes at a great price, material is great and other gifts, you have to guy, it’s for all ages to shop and gender

Semi-Annual Sale, what more can I say? I spent $167 and saved $258. I'll keep some and give some away as gifts. Most everything was 50% or 75% off. Employees were very helpful especially considering how busy the place was. We were told the sale would continue until everything was sold and that they had more in the store room to bring out. They also told us to visit different locations as they all have different items on sale.

Store was very clean, staff were friendly & helpful. I had a really good coupon that saved me over $50 on my purchase. Love my choices!💙🦋❤🥇

Nice staff!! Greeted with a warm and exciting welcome. Jenna and Deana were awesome! Recommended me a new fragrance and kept checking on me. They were awesome. Will definitely be back just because of them. Jenna even gift wrapped it for me! The small things matter.

Came in for Xmas gifts and happened to walk in on the$4.95 Sale which was wonderful! The ladies and gentleman on staff were great! They know their stuff and werw very helpful. The only thing I would suggest is adding a few more waste canisters because I kept trying to find one and there were only 2. Not that the store is hige, but it was packed and I had to bump my way back and forth to discard the papers to try the scents. Also I saw many used one's lying around and I'm sure it was because people were to lazy to find a trash can. Wil come back here for refills since it's way less hectic than the B&BW at the malls

The people working there the day I went were all very nice, they We're having the big sale 3 Wick candles it was crazy in there but the workers very very patient.

I love this store because it’s not crazy busy and packed like the ones in the malls. The service is always good too. Shout out to Jenna for being super patient with me and showing where all the sprays where even though they were right in my face. She was still very kind and friendly. Paulette at the register was also very gracious and nice. I got to the front and questioned my options and decided to go back and get some more and she waited for me and wrapped my sister’s gift very nicely. I received awesome service from the whole team, but those 2 really stuck out. Also the deals are great! The semi-annual sale was just what I needed.
