Paige is Awesome. She is extremely helpful. I met the owner today, He is a really great friendly guy. He's opening a Candy shop next door that has almost everything you could think of. Don't pass it up it's definitely a Gem. Wish I could give 10 stars but 5 is the max.

Always a great time coming to this place, Alex helped me out so much and also had a good conversation with me, good vibes as always, thanks to Alex as well for the warm welcome back! Gus was always there to enjoy some time with us, giving us knowledge on new products!

This store is one of the best! As soon as your walked in your greeted with great customer service. It’s very clean and organized with tons of deals you can take advantage off. Faye was the employee that helped me out and she was extremely helpful and nice with any questions I had and answered them with a huge smile on her face. 10/10 customer service!

I stopped in the Shorewood location today and had the pleasure of talking with Sam!!! She was absolutely wonderful and provides excellent customer service. She allowed me the time to talk her ear off for about 15 minutes. She gave me some helpful advice and things to look into. She deserves a raise. She has also helped me at the Joliet-Jefferson and Route 30 locations as well. Keep up the great work Sam!!! Look forward to seeing you again!!!!

This place is fantastic! They've treated me like family since the day they opened their doors. Always greeted with a smile, and I swear, they are all gorgeous! Even the doggo who sometimes meets you around the corner. Precious!
Shelves are stocked and they know what they are doing. It's rare to find shop owners and employees go out of their way for clients, but they do. Comforting to hear the knowledge they have about products, especially kratum. I look forward to my visits, not only for the deals, but genuine kindness of the people. Love this place!!! Stop in the one on Reed and Jefferson, they'll have whatever you're looking for.

They have a great selection to choose from, it’s always clean & the staff is fantastic! Tim & Sam have been very helpful and are the reason I keep coming back. Rylee the Dog is a great bonus too!

Saw Jasmine yesterday at the Rt. 59 store. She introduced me to the new Sili disposables and I got a great deal! I love the opportunity to try the new flavors before buying. This is my favorite store!

When I came into the store I was really lost on what I was trying to find, but burt one of the co workers helped me out and he was super nice and very respectful. I hope everyone goes to this store to experience one of the best customer service!!
