I visit 3 weeks ago and had the best experience ever with Dante, thanks for your great service.

They went above and beyond for me going to the back getting things that wasn't placed out yet. I appreciate the great service.

Your local Food Lion has more than enough to offer for the bucks when you have a discount Food Lion card.

I don’t shop here often just swing by in the mornings to grab something on the way to work if needed, but I will say everyone ALWAYS tells me good morning and then have a good day when I leave. No matter if it is security, a manager or general employee. Kindness goes a long way! Thank you for always being so kind at 7am. :) being friendly that early in the morning isn’t for everyone, I have worked in customer services for 11 years. So I know early mornings is not for everyone, AKA me lol.

Friendly people, good quality food and low prices help me to save money.

Great atmosphere, they are very helpful just wish for a bigger selection of water, but overall they usually have everything else I look for and they always great you coming and going even the security so I love shopping here, have been a customer over 10 years and every year it gets greater so Thank you food lion.

Super friendly cashier! I wish I had remembered to get her name. We stopped in on our way out of Charlotte.

On 01/17/2021, I came to the store to shop and experienced sort of an blackout in result of Epilepsy. The staff was very helpful, was able to get in touch with a family member to come and assist me back home, due to my inability to drive in that state and remained present until that person arrived. Wonderful, kind and helpful staff. Excellent store, with outstanding staff and customer service!

They had more staff today than I've ever seen at this store. Looked like upper management was in town and everyone was on their best behavior. All if the lanes were open, it was great. Hope they keep this up!

They had everything I needed on my list, some were even MVP buy$..AND they actually had already put out their FRESH meat selection early in the morning. The veggies appeared to be FRESH, the fruit selection included some Summer fruits that you may want year round and the Bakery had the place smelling like Grandma's house! Today was a WIN!🏆

Very well managed store, I saw one of the mangers really talking and managing the employees to make sure the store is up to part. Also they have a really good bakery and hot food section. The wings are really good at this store location. I use to go to the food lion on Beatties ford which is one of the worst in my opinion, but this store is a 100% opposite of the Beatties ford store.

The best chicken you can buy, right behind everyone else. Cold or undercooked everytime but I never complain since I haven't been robbed or shoot at they're yet. Only been panhandled 50-60 times it front too.b this may be the best Food Lion in the area

Store very neat and clean. Checked out quicker than I thought. Cashier was very friendly. They had multiple lines open which is a plus this time of year. 2👍👍 ☝

These reviews that i do provide, are primarily designed to help potential customers evaluate the businesses that i review. But I'll start this review a bit differently, by giving some of the back-story first. So that you will really be able to appreciate just how much of a difference even the smallest acts of kindness can make in a persons life. I am a former U.S. Marine and a disabled veteran. And some days, are just plain better than others. Today(July 13th), was just not a good day for me. The pain in my legs was spiking, the vehicle i was riding in broke down and it had just been a very long day. But...i was bound and determined to go grocery shopping. Nine pm on a Saturday night at Food Lion was not where i planned on being. My grocery cart was piled high and i was struggling somewhat to push it with one hand and support myself with my cane in the other. The shortest checkout line was at customer service, so naturally i made my way towards it, only to be waved off by the young lady working there. Turning my cart around, i began making my way towards the open checkout lines, which of course were at the farthest end from my location. I hadn't moved 10 feet, when i heard someone address me, it was a Food Lion employee. This young gentleman took my cart towards an aisle close by and a cashier immediately appeared. They had opened an aisle just for me. The young gentleman who initially had got my attention told me not to worry about it and began unloading all of my groceries on the conveyor belt for me. And then began loading them back in my cart after they had been bagged. I've been a Food Lion customer for quite some time now and good customer service is something that I've come to appreciate from this grocery chain. But...the timing last night, couldn't have been more fortuitous. This was above and beyond, next level type of customer service. The cashiers name was Demont(register 4) and my checkout time was 21:02- 13 July 2019. I don't remember the young gentleman's name who grabbed my cart, unloaded it and then began loading it again, once my groceries were bagged. As i previously mentioned, this was next level customer service and was greatly appreciated. A shout out to Food Lion and all of their phenomenal employees. We love this Food Lion Grocery Store @ the corner of Sunset Road and Beaties Ford Road,very busy booming place,mask required,clean large store which offers more food items than most Food Lion Stores,good location with a Dunking Doughnut/Basking Robbins Store,Chinese Restaurant in the area, and Interstate I-77 is just a few feet away.

The store was clean, and the shelves were full. When I was looking for an item, the clerk went to the back and got it for me. He was very nice and professional!
