Extremely friendly staff. The initial rep who welcomed me explained she was new, but she assured me that if I had any questions, her colleague would be knowledgeable. I did have a few questions regarding clearance items and they were explained with ease. The initial rep was very apologetic that she didn't have the answers and I explained that .."we all have to start somewhere."

We visited this store to look at their kitten that was offered through the Dayton humane society we found on petfinder. It was Saturday, September 30th towards the evening. The gentleman and the young lady were very informative and pleasant and once we filled out an application we were able to hold the kitten that they had there. The whole store was 20% off that day and the next. We purchased several things to get ready for our new family member. Definitely we'll visit again

It was an awesome experience. Abby is great at her job and gave me good advice and told me everything I needed for my new aquarium.

This store is always so clean and organized. Even for a place that has a facility for bathing dogs. It doesn't smell like wet dogs. Anyone that knows our furry friends will know that is a huge compliment to the staff there. I try and clean up after I bath our two dogs, but it is not as good as I find it. I hope more people step up and do this and recognize good quality help/service/team members. The flip side, to take the time to say good job also!

It was our 1st time using the Dog wash with our new family member Max. Everything went great they had Everything we needed. Even towels, and a blow dryer and smelly good stuff lol

Abby the girl with red hair I believe she was the store manager was super helpful and delivered outstanding customer service while I was in store! I think that girl deserves a raise best pet store experience I’ve had!

Makayla was incredible!! I went yesterday on my lunch break and was running into trouble with payment methods due to my bank deactivating my card. She was so incredibly patient and kind and I was so grateful. She handled my questions and phone calls with grace and even offered me to use her cashapp if I could send it to her somehow. It ended up working out to where I didn’t have to but she ended up blessing me for my troubles. The woman she worked with whose name I don’t know was also very kind and helpful. When I was carrying food she offered me to leave it at the counter and helped me look for dog toys!! Love this team and will be back!! 🤩

Super nice staff. The bath area is very convenient and affordable. We have 2 big dogs who need a bath every week after our muddy hikes and stinky river swims. We buy the punch card and it is very worth it! I forgot my card once, but the staff recognize me as a regular and still let me bathe my dogs. They provide shampoo, towels and dryer. I love that place. I started buying dog food from them rather than online.

Very clean and well organized. Always greets you as you enter. Nice knowledgeable staff always there to help and answer any questions you may have :) Great variety of pet food and all your pet needs. Takes good care of the fish and animals they have for sale ❤

Pet supplies plus is where I do all of my shopping for my pet. Great dog wash facility with everything you need. They also have a couple cats up for adoption through the local rescue.

The new location on Dayton-Xenia is great. I was surprised to see they already had nicely stocked aquariums and small animals (that all looked very healthy). The store was also very clean and well-stocked.

Delivery service is awesome!! personal thank you note is a great added touch, prices great too! Pleasure doing business with them.

I placed an order for pick up and it was ready when it said it would be. Pick up was easy and sales associate was pleasant.

Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful whenever I've stopped in. Prices are fair and selection is good.
