The people in the pharmacy are constantly harassed and berated by people picking up prescriptions, but you can obviously tell they’re short staffed. Not their fault. I’ve been coming here for years now with no issues.

Wow, I just got the immunization shot from three lady here, and it was ZERO pain as she promised me! Thank you! I've never had a shot with zero pain like this before! 😄

Generally a good Walgreens. Get in get out. Employees are nice. But, they need to specify their Pharmacy hours versus their store hours because I came here at 8 AM thinking I can pick up my prescription however, the Pharmacy doesn't open until 9 AM.

Fantastic experience with the pharmacy team receiving my Covid vaccine! Professional, respectful, friendly and very well trained. They were so well organized that I walked in, checked in, received my vaccine, waited for 15 minutes and left! Way to go Walgreens team at Mt. Island!

Always fast and friendly at the pharmacy. After many years of waiting and waiting at Walmart for a prescription, I switched and couldn't be happier!

Smaller understaffed and underwhelming Walgreens that still looks, smells and feels like the Rite-Aid that it used to be. But without many choices in Pharmacies in the Mountain Island Lake area, you get what you get.

It’s trying to hold on. You can tell it won’t be here at this location long unless a larger chain store moves in this shopping center. It’s probably the closest pharmacy and convenient for the locals.
