Dunkin’

I just moved to Mt. Holly form Denver, NC. I have to say this is the best Dunkin around, hands down. The ONLY one that gets my coffee right. They are always very nice and courteous and give the BEST customer service. I have left the Denver location unhappy sooo many times, and have not once ever left this one unhappy! I would give 10 stars if I could!

VERY rarely do i receive the wrong item in my order. If I do, it's not the end of the world, I just see it as an opportunity to break out of my comfort zone and try a new thing. The employees here are always super friendly, professional, and quick to fix any mixup.

It's so convenient to have a Dunkin at my corner. It's my breakfast stop almost every single day. Love the nice and clean new store location. People there are very great and friendly.

Love my Iced Chai Latte 2-3 pumps butter pecan from this place. They are polite, fast, and never made my drink wrong. Thanks ladies❤❤

I don't know who designed this location, but they failed miserably with the parking lot and drive thru. If you know, you know!

I was there, 6/13 around the early evening. The customer service was top notch but what stuck out for me was how kind everyone was. I asked if something was available from the breakfast menu and was told that she would make it for me anyway. She was so kind. I pulled up to wait for my order and another lady came out with a smile and handed me my order. It costs nothing to be kind. We need more people like them in the world and they should be protected at all costs (ESPECIALLY, in the hospitality industry)! Whoever you two are, thank you so very much. ☺💛

My family and I always love going to Dunkin Donuts. The mount holly location has some of the best workers! Specifically a lady named Ava who works at the window. She makes my husband coffee order perfectly every time and is always so friendly to myself and my kids! I couldn’t ask for better service.

It was great!! I think they would get more business with better signage on building or a bigger sign. Tie balloons outside. You need to get peoples attention!! My experience was fabulous. I will be back.

We are from the northeast and are so glad this well run, staffed, and friendly Dunkin is here! We drive all the way from Belmont for this one (even tho belmont has a DD) way to go

Great new spot for breakfast, close by to get a bakers dozen or some of that DD coffee. The staff is still new and getting used to high flow service from what I watched. I still didn't see customers getting frustrated or ugly. The staff was always doing something with a very clean atmosphere. I rated the service at 4* because of training and new opening.

The one big rating I would give a 2* if it was available would be the parking. Very small for the whole area. Parking to get in and out is easy if only 3 cars or not busy... I would suggest to always park in the back and not in the front...ever or just go through drive thru.... If cars get backed up in drive thru and you're parked in front you are never getting out.

Everything else is all high marks and great to have DD in the community.

Exactly what Mt. Holly needed. Donuts are delicious and the drink menu is huge. Friendly employees that make sure you know your business is appreciated.
The parking & drive-thru is small so, be kind and patient please.

When I tell you these women working up in here just made my day with my simple order. Brittany, Evette, and Denise. Thank y'all so much, just the atmosphere and laughter in there perk me up as well as my perfect Carmel Ice Coffee. 🥰😍🥰 Keep Being a Blessing and have that positive energy, no matter how others come through with their negatives. This Dunkin’ is doing it right! The BEST customer service, all of the employees I’ve spoken to have been so so friendly and sweet they really do make my day, they always go the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied before you leave the window. I mean the cashier even bought my dog a pup cup like come on now these people deserve a raise. This isn’t your typical Dunkin’

The only Dunkin in Gaston County that knows how to toast the bread on a grilled cheese. Thumbs up for sure👍
