We love their breakfast they are fast your food is hot, you don't have to wait a long time. I had one problem back some in the summer and the Manager there really took care of she apologized really made it worth my time to come back. Her Customer Service was awesome.

So easy to order on your phone n pick it up. Always deals/discounts too. Really like the smoothies.

This is by far the best McDonald's in the area, the food is always good, and what really makes it better is the people. That Hispanic lady that works the window is super nice, and I actually cares whether you're happy or not. You don't get customer service like that very often anymore And I really do appreciate it so much. Keep up the great work. !!!

I love this place. I think it's the only one so far that doesn't ask me if I'm doordash when I use the mobile app. Usually good discounts and have never received a wrong order. The only thing that would make it better is if they bring back chicken selects.

Mt Holly is our favorite McDonalds to take our family to! If you frequent enough, the workers definitely pay attention and get to know you in their own ways!!! Remember you have to speak to others sometimes and redirect situations! So talk to them when you’re waiting for food, let them know you see them! They are grateful for thank yous and understanding when they are busy. These guys here work hard keeping this location clean, fast, and friendly! My kids LOOOVE the drive thru workers when we can’t go in! They remember them and speak to them and tell them jokes at the windows! The teens they have working here are RESPECTFUL, and work hard! Our food is always hot and fresh, if something is ever wrong on an order, it’s usually during a busy time, but they ALWAYS are super fast to fix it! The bathrooms are always clean and stocked! The inside Play Place is aways clean and temperature controlled! To be one of the only fast food burger joints in town, they ROCK IT ALLLLLL DAY!!! If your babies work at this location, parents just know WE SEE THEM, AND PRAISE THEM EVERY TIME WE SEE THEM!!! The people who work here are part of our village and they put up with SOOOO many negative comments daily that they are learning to redirect situations constantly with a good attitude!!! Our FAVORITE workers just to name a few who deserve some recognition, one of the managers Taylor! Mrs Angela who is ALLLLLWAYS working and runs around those kids in there like she’s 16 again! (This woman deserves a promotion and a BIG raise by the way! I see her doing EVERYTHING!! SHE AINT SCARED!) Shay who is ALWAYS the sweetest and my kid’s FAVORITE drive thru personality lol!! She always comes out of her way to say hello to EVERYONE even when she sees you outside of this place!!!! There’s another lady in the drive thru that I can’t remember her name I literally have to ask every time lol, but she’s always smiling and in a cheery mood, and she tells me a new joke every time I come through and it literally makes my damn day EVERY TIME!!! If you have the time to sit around and eat and watch them, you’ll love this location as much as we do!!!!

The drive thru was full and out to the road when I arrived Saturday 5/21 at 10:25 am. I placed my order within 7 minutes. The sausage mcmuffins were freshly made and hot. In and out in 10 minutes.

Hit up McDonald's this morning and the drive thru was packed. The staff did a fantastic job of getting us along our day in a professional and quick manner. The person taking my order was friendly and welcoming. I will be back.

Every time I have came here, it has been a good experience. Workers are friendly and professional; I have never been given an attitude when ordering from here. The food has always been hot, comes out quickly most times, and my orders have been correct. I would highly recommend this place for a good experience if you decide to go to McDonald's.

This is by far the best McDonald’s in all of the Charlotte metro area. I don’t care that they are only rated 3.5 stars, they are five stars in my book! All my friends think so too! So all of you idiots that rate anything less than four stars have obviously never been to another McDonald's. Heck you probably have never eaten anywhere but your momma’s cooking. And I know she’s tired of looking at your dumb looking face.

What can I say. It's McDonald's. But the service in drive through was super fast here! Worth a commendation!

Our breakfast order was messed up on the mobile app (that was our fault) and they were extremely nice and helpful even though it was an inconvenience to them. They helped us replace it and even though it was after breakfast they still gave us our meal. Thank you so much.

Ownership and Staff is outstanding! I was walking one day and wanted some breakfast. Well this was during the time of COVID-19 you couldn't dine in. So I said the hell with it and stood in the drive through. After standing a few cars worth of time, it was almost my turn and I heard someone calling trying to get my attention. It was a man from the outside drive through line. He said just walk on around and up to the window and tell the what you want and they will take care of you........"I'm the owner." I was like sweet!

This is one of the best McDonald's that there is you can always be guaranteed a hot sandwich they pretty much will cook them on call they're so busy. Another thing that has to be considered is that even as under pressure as the employees are under because of the demanding work load they will still have a smile on their faces and always a kind word.
