AT&T Store

I went to buy my niece a phone. They were out of the model she wanted. A little salesmanship at first but nothing aggressive, which is how it should be.

Knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful staff. Helped resolve our issue, went above and beyond in future product delivery, and advised to take advantage of soon to be expire warranty services.

It was due to Brittany W at the store. I called customer service and visited another AT&T store (the one on South Blvd) and the experience was HORRIBLE!! Everyone had conflicting stories and every one of them turned out to be inaccurate. It would have cost me $800!! Brittany W from the Riverbend store immediately helped me, provided excellent customer service and kept me as a customer. She deserves acknowledgement for her awesome service. She even signed me up for a plan that was better for my family. I don't trust your phone customer service people or some or the reps on your store. From now on, I only want to deal with Brittany W.

Samuel was amazing! I went in to add a line to my plan. He was very knowledgeable about the phones and plan promotions. He assisted us through the entire process while providing great customer service. I will definitely use this branch again.

We had the best experience at AT&T yesterday. Nicole was fantastic. We walked right in and was greeted by the staff. We did not wait at all. Enjoyed the customer service we received from the 3 staff members present that day. We drove 2hrs to specifically work with Nicole because my sister had great service with her. When we need help again with our phones, we will return to Nicole at Riverbend Village store. Thank you to the manager present that helped with checkout too.

I called the warranty dept the day before and it took 30 min, and still my issue was not resolved. The link that was text to me kept pulling an error code.
So I went to the store to see if a store rep could help. While he was trying to fix my issue I asked about the free Samsung phone. He was very knowledgeable and I decided instead of getting another refurbished phone (4th one in a year) with the same issues, I would start off with a new one.

My daughter cracked her IPhone 11. Store clerk said that they will be obsolete. So we decided to get two new phones 13 .and keep my old iPhone 11for my son. Now I have a healthcare discount as well.

Went to At and t store at Riverbend village drive. Suite J 1. A wonderful store manager waited on my son and myself. Upgraded my phone and received credit on older phone . David Justin Lonnell is the manager. He gave excellent service on having patience and explaining things and helping set up my new phone. Excellent on knowing product and promotions. Spoke highly of his staff. Waited on several people at once and was always nice. He deserves a raise! Thanks again ! Lois and Ryan

Friday 4/27/2018 I dropped my phone and completely broke it. I ran to the att store as fast as I could to figure something out as far as getting a new phone. It was 20 minutes till closing and as someone who has worked in the service and sales industry I’m sure the workers were ready go, however I was completely unable to tell. The service was absolutely excellent. From the moment I walked in the store I was immediately greeted by Jasmine. She was upbeat and super knowledgeable. Her customer service skills were impeccable andnot once did I feel like I was being pressured into anything or just another sale. Jasmine also got everything taken care of in a very efficient manner. It took her no more than 30 minutes to get my new phone set up and taken care of. I would highly recommend anyone looking for att service or a phone to go to this store and ask for jasmine.

Immaculate work in this store. Got a new phone quick and easy from Jarrett and Amori, and some super useful accessories along with my purchase.

Ryan and Brittany need to be honored for their excellent customer service. Both are amazing with their knowledge. I've never, ever met such nice people! If I didn't know better, I'd think Ryan has angel wings.

Definitely thought AT&T was an expensive company overall. Turns out they have reasonable prices for electronics, great deals &’ really great customer service. Switched from T-Mobile Paying $300 for an iPhone 7. Now I have an iPhone 11 and I’m only paying $95-$100 before tax and I could not be happier with my new service 😊 Thank you!

Brittany and Ryan helped me figure out the best way to get a new phone (after I washed my in the washing machine) and still be able to upgrade to the new iPhone in September! They were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Thanks!

On Tuesday, October 1st I watched Mr. Lonnel, the Manager at the Riverbend Village location provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service to 6 customers at one time. Not one customer including myself felt slighted on any level. He addressed and met all our needs simultaneously with precision. I have to say we were taken care of in a reasonably timely manner given he was a one-man-band. He ensured that he had addressed every matter and we were happy with the outcome upon departing the store. To say he did an exceptional job is truly an understatement. KUDOS to AT&T for having such an employee as Mr. Lonnel under their belt.

Went to this location 11/13, pictures would not send on messages. Lonnell worked on my phone for 2-3 hrs finally had to call tech support finally got it fixed after backing up pics and contacts. He did a fantastic job. Thank you Lonnell

Went into the AT&T store today and worked with David. He was incredible and was basically doing ten things at once to satisfy everyone’s needs. I definitely recommend asking to work with David because he was the best!

My experience with At&t was great. The Sales Representative Lonnell S. was simply amazing. He has excellent customer service skills. He is very patient and he is very professional. Lonnell made sure every customer was satisfied.

Honestly had an awesome experience at this store. The staff is super friendly and funny (which always makes for a great experience). You can tell they all are really knowledgeable in their product. I would highly recommend coming to this location if you're looking for superior service.

I had a very knowledgeable salesman by the name of Ryan . Kudos to AT&T for having such a valuable employee that has all the knowledge and Great customer service that one can have .
