CVS Pharmacy

My experience is almost always good at this pharmacy. And medication is medication, so the real difference is in staff and personnel. This CVS is off the beaten path a little bit, on PCH, in the heart of Malibu, kind of far from the rest of the city. We so appreciate having this CVS here, and I visit it several times a week… as I know many other locals do, along with the countless tourists who visit us in Malibu on a daily basis.

I so appreciate the time and effort it takes the staff to travel and populate this location. And I just want to say thank you for your always bright attitudes and well kept store. Thank you, your efforts do not go unnoticed. And I am more than happy to continue to patronize this business.

It was a great experience with Dr. Ellie, She is knowledgeable and has outstanding customer service. She explained each prescribed medication, dosage and potential side effects and addressed my questions patiently. I will definitely go for her service again. Besides that, other staff in that pharmacy were also welcoming and cooperative.

The Pharmacists and staff were extremely kind and helpful as I switched over to CVS .Some insurance issues were confusing to me but they explained everything patiently. In the end ,I enjoyed big savings and helpful, personal service. A neighborly manner in these very trying times .Five Stars to Amanda Parry,RPh and her diligent crew!

CVS failed to refill my prescription in time and failed to notify me. I ran out and was without my meds for a few days. This was the latest in declining service from CVS. I had been a customer for 40 years. I have decided to move to another pharmacy.

Poor customer service.
