I was very pleased with the service I received. I needed documents printed and faxed from a pdf file. It was all done quickly and efficiently. I found the staff to be friendly, courteous, professional, and very helpful. I generally do not write reviews unless I believe the service received was exceptional. I highly recommend them. Len P

Top notch. I periodically need to ship boxes to Arizona from Florida. The UPS store, Syeed and Evelyn, made it seamless. They taped and labeled then boxes. All I had to do was bring the boxes in, that's it.

I love tgis place always great warm customer service and with the new owners its got even better. I go out of my way to use tgis ups instead of the one closer to me on linton and military as their service sucks. Anyway you can ask for anything more :)

Best all-round service provided from the Staff, well maintained, friendly environment, Helping hands, I will visit this store all the time for my need.

Fantastic service.. had a issues with a order.. called ups.. could not get anyone live to help.. So I called the store. These folks went out of their way to help.. saved me thousands.. if my orders was late.. I'd have a crew in another state that could not work. THANK YOU!!

We just moved here from out of state, and we do a lot of shipping/work from home. This location has been very friendly and helpful, and we’ve had no issues. They even helped us/received a package right at closing, which we try to avoid doing to small businesses. Their packing materials are also priced fairly, especially the bubble wrap.

Wonderful and friendly staff. Store is located in a busy intersection so I expect a bit more traffic. The staff handles all that very well

I posted the review below the line over a year ago. Since then, I have interacted with the employees at that location innumerable times. I have never had bad service. There have been a few times where the service might have been considered ordinary - but the vast majority of the time is have been above average or exemplary.

One of the reviews I read specifically called out Jack as being grumpy. I think that might be a misread. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a dry sense of humor (maybe that dry sense of humor is what was misinterpreted as being "grumpy".?

I have seen reviews that say that customer service personnel were rude and unhelpful. My experience has been the opposite! Every time that I have called, I have gotten nothing less than excellent customer service. One person in-particular, Jack, should get the highest of kudos!

Never had any issues here and one time my annual mailbox dues were a few weeks late and they respectfully just informed me the next time I stopped in and allowed me to pay. Very easy to deal with IMO

I have been assisted most often by a very kind & knowledgeable young man. They have everything I need at a UPS store & Really appreciate the excellent service!

Fast Service, The employees are nice and helpful. And when they are busy, with a little patience they'll be done with you before you know it.
