Needed new laptop and the big box stores had a1 hour wait and 5 day wait for set up . So I went to Office Depot delray . They took me in five minutes. And set it up and was ready next day . $500 hp was on sale 180$ off . Service of manager and IT worker was very friendly and informative while being professional . Highly recommend

When I inquired S to where I would find the item, a young man, Brandon actually took me to the spot! Sadly, this wonderful customer service is a rarity. Every experience I’ve had here has been great and very helpful. The team members here are welcoming and always greet you as you enter and make sure to assist you in any questions you may have. They have a variety of fun and creative school supplies. I love that they are willing price match items you are interested in.

I also would like to mention that I am incredibly proud and support Office Depot for including a section of self defense protection for women. Including these devices not only helps to raise awareness but is supporting women. This is more than taking down some creep. These tools also provide you peace of mind. Deciding which item to carry for self defense can sometimes be quite confusing. With the different options to choose from here at least it will help you make a decision as to which of the personal protection devices are best for you.

I have been sending via the webiste to the Office Depot on Military in Delray, high res PDF files to print out of 24x36" oversized color posters for a work project. Each one has come out magnificent - rich colors, crisp definition of images & the "standard" paper stock is actually really perfect for the posters that I put into frames.

Wednesday (July 26) night I tried going on the Office Depot website and tried to download pics that would get processed and that I’d pick up at the Delray Store! It was a very difficult process for me, so I called the store and Maria walked me thru the process and the pics I downloaded were ready by 10 a.m. the next morning! Maria is a true professional with exceptional customer service skills, knowledgeable, friendly and a true asset to the Delray Office Depot! Thank You, Maria!

I came here to print out documents to support a fraudulent claim with my bank. (It’s been months and very stressful). The printer wasn’t working for my google drive and I was very emotional and upset. Maria helped me handle everything and even printed them out for me from the Office Depot email because it wasn’t showing up on my drive. It may seem like a small act of kindness or her just doing her job, but she completely changed my day. She was patient and kind and there really should be more people like her! I was also greeted when I walked into the store which was very nice!

Request to work with Dale if he’s available. Not only does he go above and beyond with customers, but he’s so incredibly kind, delightful, and joyful. He will undoubtedly assist in making an otherwise mundane errand not so bad.

Today I had the most lovely experience, that while it didn't start out well, it ended exceptionally due to Randy the manager at the store on Atlantic Avenue and Military trail. So friendly, helpful and eager to help me with my problem, he made the entire experience worth my while and glad I decided to go back and speak with him directly. Truly an asset to the company.

I visited this location to get some items made for an upcoming party. I was helped by Maria in the copy/print and she was outstanding.
