The only reason why I am giving this place a 5 star review so far is because of 2 particular outstanding employees: Jessica and Jenny. With their incredible, above and beyond help, I was finally able to be fitted for a CPAP from them. I went through a far too long struggle between the home sleep study ordered by my Dr's office to finding out that I had chronic sleep apnea and without their help I don't think I ever would have gotten the machine. Somewhere along the line, the healthcare system failed, and it took from October until January to finally be fitted. I ultimately had to drive to the Dr to pick up the necessary paperwork needed and hand deliver it. Otherwise, it never would have happened. Faxes were disappearing everything. In the end, I pray this machine helps resolve an issue that has plagued me forever. And I am extremely grateful for the team that made it possible and never got cranky with all my desperate calls. They are there to help.

Darion is so caring and attentive to my needs as an individual patient. He took all the time I needed to get the best equipment and settings for my particular needs. He is an excellent instructor and really explained how to use the equipment to my best advantage. Yay Darion. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They are great! From Julie helping with the insurance and scheduling of my appointment, to Ron who helped with my mask fitting, everyone was helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend them.

Great experience even though it's for a CPAP. My instructor was very knowledgeable especially since he has been using one for multiple years.

Brian and I discussed all potential treatment modalities and settings. As I am an anesthesiologist and critical care specialist, I enjoyed this back and forth. We generated several interesting ideas worth exploring.

Julie is definitely an asset to Areocare! She was friendly, understanding and very patient in regards to my 87 year old father, whom has severe sleep apena. She went up and beyond explaining exactly how his insurance benefits would be applied in obtaining a sleep apena machine and explained how differently each mask would work. You could see her smile and her friendliness over the phone! She made me and my father feel like valuable customers! Julie, you are the best!!

No change to my prior rating. I do not spend my day online, and there was an unexpected knock at my door after I left a message earlier in the day that my unit wasn’t working. There was Alex with his smiling face, and he checked out and replaced the unit. These people have been very accommodating, polite, on time, and willing to help. Alejandro is always so pleasant to work with, so accommodating, even my surly husband smiles when he’s here.

Mr Melillo was very friendly, professional, and addressed all my needs.. even some I didn't know I had. All their service personnel have been above and beyond. They are this company's asset!! The administration/office staff sadly, leaves a lot to be desired.
