AT&T Store

Geoff helped my fiance and I with adding a line and placing an insurance claim. He was incredibly knowledgeable of all things mobile-related: iPhone OS'es, Android devices, and even transferring a device to AT&T that was previously with Verizon. Very pleasant and engaging, Geoff did an excellent job. For any future service needs, we'll definitely be returning here to see him.

If there’s anyone at this store you want to see it’s Geoff. He has been taking care of my account for over ten years and never ceases to amaze me with his patience! Ported a number from Consumer Cellular today- which no one else seemed to be able to accomplish. No match for Geoff! I am a beyond satisfied customer and will continue to return to this location!

Update Jan 2024: Geoff & AT&T are still amazing!! We added a line today and got a new phone! It was so easy and seamless! They do a great job and really care!

Previous: This location is awesome! The space is great with displays and tables to use for the process (no standing behind a desk)! More so, the STAFF IS AMAZING! Geoff, Jamie and Paul were incredibly kind, personable and more importantly HELPFUL AND COMPETENT! Especially if you schedule an appt, it's a really smooth process!

Geoff was super informed and very personable. It was nice to relate to a tech and sales agent who was able to be on a level of knowledge and personality to help make a seamless upgrade. Recognition doesn’t do his level of effort justice. Glad I came in today.

I was a life long Verizon customer and decided to make a switch. I was glad I did!! Although it started off not so well, Cindy (store manager) and Bryan (area retail sales manager) made everything right. Cindy went above and beyond with actually keeping me updated on the progress of my account and followed though with communicating all the details which has been so rare these days!!! THANKS and much appreciated!

We randomly stopped into the Cranberry store to have our screen protectors replaced and to pick up new covers. We were greeted at the door and proceeded to the lounge area to wait. The wait wasn’t bad but the customer service was absolutely AWESOME! Jamie was our representative. She took the time to go through our account for us and even found several different ways for us to save money and I even ended up leaving with a new iPhone 15 Pro! She’s very knowledgeable about the products and a lot more tech savvy than me. I would highly recommend stopping in this store if you need anything! They are good people who truly want to provide the best customer experience!

We got screen protectors replaced at Cranberry Store. We already took appointment and it was very quickly addressed. Agent has good knowledge. With in 10 mns our both protectors fixed. One of the best experiences I've had at an AT&T store. Geoff was an amazing and patient resource who saved us money by helping to reorganize our extensive plan and restored my confidence in AT&T. We will return to him for our future purchases.

Geoff at the Cranberry location was great for my family and me to work with. He was enthusiastic, honest, knowledgeable and motivated throughout the whole process of helping us choose the right product, program & set up to polish off our Christmas perfectly!

Today I had an amazing experience with Geoff and Paul. I’m a night shift nurse, and take care of my toddler during the day. My phone screen had cracked, I was due for an upgrade and I wanted to get on the FirstNet network. I was greeted immediately by Paul and told him what I was looking to do. I didn’t have a long wait until Geoff was ready to help. Being in a phone store with an almost two year old is daunting, but Paul found a ball from somewhere and started playing soccer with my son and entertaining him while Geoff and I could figure out the best plan for what i was looking to get done today. My son was having the time of his life with his new friend and I could focus on what I needed to get done. I’ll definitely take the drive to Cranberry in the future for anything I need from AT&T and will recommend this store to anyone! I’m so grateful for them.
